Chic, Not Cozy hotel

The decor feels elegant and contemporary, and the rooms are styled the same way.

It feels more businesslike than cozy. The room didn’t include a kettle or mini fridge, and there weren’t any complimentary extras.

Overall ok but...

I like how friendly staff is

Pillow too hard. Mattress on a wooden block and mattress slides off easily on it. The shop prices downstairs are a joke ! The breakfast is poor and nothing special

Fire Alarm killed the night and next working day

The fire alarm had been activated at 01:30. As this is not the 1st time, the condition is not acceptable

Annoying check in and check out process - stay away

The rooms

30 min to check in , taking ages to check in one person and 20 min to check out and no invoice given since printer didn’t work . Now I need to chase for an invoice who know how long . I checked with other people it is a permanently poor guest services situation Incapable staff

Cozy room, pretty bathroom with nice lights, sound proof, large shower, big bed, fast check-in and check-out, friendly staff, good hotel location close to train station

TV wouldn't connect to phone or laptop for screensharing, internet was passable, our bedsheets had dried blood on them, and the bathroom faucet was leaking, no fridge in room, expensive breakfast options

Very good. It’s not excellent due to the problem with the AC. Everything else was excellent.

Very poor AC. We had to change room in the middle of our second night because of the poor air conditioning system.

Very little

Staff attention is to service the bar area and check in and check out is not a priority at all. The hanging space for clothing (no cupboard) was my final decision not to stay another evening, despite the fact that staff couldn't help me to check space as there were too many customers requiring drinks.

A friendly home from home.

Amazing smiles from all staff - a great sense of positive team, which makes the stay so much more enjoyable. They always so friendly and helpful. Can't wait to return. Also handy grab snacks/sandwiches are super useful for late evening arrivals / heading out for day to pack a light lunch. Gym is great - good, clean, modern equipment. Working area is relaxed with cozy spaces to hold more private conversations. Wifi is good throughout the hotel. Rooms are amazingly small - but just big enough for working away from home.

The range of cooked elements at breakfast is a little limited - but there is a good salad and cereal so it's OK. Sandwiches are sometimes a little dry because the eco wrapper they come in doesn't seal them in.

a little off from the city center but reachable to Altona center on foot. reception and lobby can be very crowded during rush hours

Modern hotel in a lovely area.

A great option that’s slightly outside of the city centre but within a lovely residential area with many cafes/ shops etc. Huge supermarket next door. Very clean room, modern.

Possibly the hardest mattress I’ve ever slept on.
