Friendly, comfortable and good location.

The room was spacious in a way it heated up pretty quickly. The staff was helpful at all times, including in the middle of the night/dawn. The elevators did not take time to arrive and they always have the vending machine and coffee machine stuck up, including some snacks on a shelves.

I didn't like how the cleaning system works. I understand that you don't have to clean the room and change the bed sheets everyday, but if the guests are responsible for booking (via QR code) when they want this service, you should also allow them to pick the time of the day for that. NOTE: the hotel provides this service without the guests request after 3/4 days of the guests staying there in case they don't do it themselves.

Next to a police station, sirens going all through the night and early morning. Poor sound proofing on windows and right next to a massive road. No coffee, tea or even glasses for water in the rooms, just a paper cup. One window boarded up so very dark in room. €170 for night is absolutely not value for money. Lots of stains on the carpets.

Perfect place for one night stay with free parking

Clean and spacious room for a family of four. Perfect for a one-night stay. Breakfast had good value for money. Free parking was available close by. BUS station (for the BUS line to Hamburg City Center) was just in front of the hotel.

Due to a National Holiday, it was supper busy in the hotel. Because of this, our room was not ready from the time stated on the Booking site. We had to wait an additional hour for the room to be cleaned and ready for us. The location of the kitchen for breakfast is literally in the main Hotel hallway. Not very hygienic and quite busy in the morning.

The receptionist lady (I guess her name was Sayem) was very helpful and patient in dealing our repetitive requests. She solved each and every one of them with a warm smile.

The room was too little, but given that one cannot ask for more from a b&b concept, this might be justified. Then, however, what was that price just south of €200 per night? When a B&B can charge you this much, we are doomed.

New hotel with breakfast, very good bed. Close to new residential area, big supermarket and to train station Hamburg-Altona.

Soap and Shampoo, Dushgel was empty and also after reporting this issue it was not filled in.

Excellent stay in Hamburg Altona

Lovely hotel in Hamburg Altona, around 20min walk to the train station. Friendly and helpful staff, room and bed were super comfortable, my room was very quiet, the Wifi was super fast and the shower was incredible.

For some nights ok

The parking garage nearby and 8 eur per day is quite good. The location is also what I was looking for. The internet worked well. Nice people working there. Check out till 12h. It was clean

The code in the door had to be asked new several times, never working properly. The room for the street side is quite noisy. The isolation was not good, we could hear pretty well the other rooms. I didn't like the matrasse. The rooms are quite small. For 1-2 nights ok.

A good hotel to stay overnight

The cleaning wasn’t perfect. The sealer strip of the shower stall was peeled off below. I think it’s untidy and needed to change. A maid came for cleaning and opened the door despite the notifying plate “Don’t disturb” hanging on the door outside

Comfortable, clean, good breakfast

Breakfast room is too small on the weekend. It is packed at least 8:30-10:00. The line at the buffet gets very long. Friday was fine though.
