Very large, clean and comfortable room. Enough space for my cumbersome luggage. Very nice breakfast! The staff members speak English. Quite fast WiFi connection.
I would like to have more clothes hangers in the wardrobe.

The room was spacious and tidy. The room had everything needed. Location is good, as bus goes directly to the city center. Easy check in and check out. Nice goodies near reception were a nice surprise.
Despite making sure the day earlier that sauna is turned on each day until 10pm, it was already off at 9pm.

Excellent hotel for the price with very friendly and accomodating staff. We were surprise to see free water, fruit and ice cream in the reception. It was very hot day when we visited so we really appreciate the gesture. On top if that hotel also did not let us pay the parking. We expected to pay 18 euro for a day parking but to our surprise they said parking is on the house when we checked out. Lovely surprise! Would stay here again definitely!

The staff are great and they also offer a good variety of amnities. Room size and design are also good.
We had issue with pillow. they offer 2 type of pillows, one 80x80cm which is too thick and the other is 40x80 which is too soft. Unfortunately they don't have something in between which made us not to have a good sleep.
