Great stay, easy going and friendly staff

The hotel and rooms were nice and modern but in a cozy way. My room was big and the bathroom was very nice. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Love check out at noon, so stress free.

The toilet seats of the bathroom downstairs are a bit old.

Huge room, tiny bathroom!

The room was really spacious with a sofa and lots of windows. The beds and the pillows were super comfy. The staff at reception were all very pleasant and helpful. You can hire bikes directly at the hotel and this was a great way to explore the city.

The bathroom in our large corner room was tiny. Everything was squashed in, you almost had to climb over the toilet to get in. The sink was so far in against the wall, I had to stand on my tippy-toes to reach the taps. Totally unnecessary, as there is a world of room outside the bathroom door, with a strange 'corridor' space containing just a wonky wardrobe. Everything is a bit dated and tired looking. Our room was directly on the busy main road. With the windows closed it was fine, but not possible to sleep with a window open.

Disappointing general lack of functioning air conditioning leaves visitors exhausted in the morning.

Staff are wonderful. They are always exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The rooms are too hot - the air conditioning does not cool any of the rooms (I tried 3). Unfortunately, being too hot ruins the nights sleep - which as a business person is my primary goal at a hotel. So even though the staff are wonderful, and the general facilities are nice, without functioning air conditioning this hotel is no use to me during any weather that is slightly warm.

an OK experience

The staff are great and they also offer a good variety of amnities. Room size and design are also good.

We had issue with pillow. they offer 2 type of pillows, one 80x80cm which is too thick and the other is 40x80 which is too soft. Unfortunately they don't have something in between which made us not to have a good sleep.

Nice hotel. Good proportions, general state and good breakfast. I like that you can actually ask to skip room cleaning. It's not a crazy inspirering location, but we chose the hotel because it was not far from Barcleys/Volkspark arena. Generally there was nothing to complain about. Just a plain nice hotel.

Controlling water temperature in bath was really difficult! At breakfast, the eggs were overcooked The lobby could offer a cup of coffee :D - i know thats on nice to have.

Room & breakfast is ok

it was way too warm in the room and in the hotel in general. The airco in the room was not strong enough to make it cooler so sleeping was very difficult. I left a day earlier.
