Although our company took over the costs and this was contractually stated, I still had to pay the costs myself because the request was made via Booking.com. The refund has been requested, but I still don't have it in my account

Very comfortable room.

It did not really mind, but the hotel is a bit far from the center, you need to take two buses or walk a bit and take the metro. The breakfast was quite expensive so I did not take it

Few nights in a nice, new hotel for reasonable price!

Very nice, new hotel in Altona area. Good lobby, comfortable single room with a big bed for reasonable price in Hamburg. In the evening bar is available in lobby. Good breakfast, nice people. TV-set, wifi, good climat control in room. Many clean towels.

There was no fridge/coffe corner in my single basic room, and no wardrobe with Door- it was strange. The room at the 0 Floor with a view to other windows. Min 10-15 walk away to the Street with caffes, quite far from subway too.

For dinner they gave us a list of good restaurants within 10-20 mins walking. We always feel at home with our dog staying at Motel One. Comfortable bed and room. Parking onsite so very convenient overall.

Very friendly staff. Good parking garage. Quiet. Check in very easy.

Rooms are very small. Of we got the room with king size bed I booked then queen size must be a one person bed! Rooms looked better on the pictures than live. But they are not bad, we had a good nights sleep.

Exceptional

Exceptional accomodation. The bed was very comfy with the best pillows I've ever slept on. Room and bathroom very, very clean. Super soft towels. Continental breakfast is very good value for money. Friendly, helpful staff. Bus stop right in front of the hotel and subway is a short walk away.
