Needs improvement

The Hotel is a bit older, but the rooms are clean. Breakfast is also good.

The Hotel needs some upgrades especially, room doors don’t close well and you can hear every noise coming from the hallway. I overall liked the hotel, but I believe it’s a bit too pricey considering it needs some improvements. For that price range you can find better hotels in Hamburg.

Close to supermarket on a main road. Easy to find. Amenities in walking distance

Reception area very good. Rooms however very dated. Cramped poor quality furnishings. No refreshment facilities as mini bar locked shut, no tea and coffee facilities Expensive compared to similar standard hotel

Nice hotel and good staff

Very nice hotel with very available staff. Our room was facing the internal garden, so it was very quiet. There was no kettle in the room but we could get one with a 20 euro deposit, so we could avoid spending a lot of money for the breakfast and have a small one on our own in the room. Clean room and good bed and fantastic pillows!

It is located in a busy street and not very central, but there is the bus 4 taking you to the centre and underground is 15 minutes walking

Comfortable bed, bathtub available. Parking available. Very nice buffet breakfast (although coffee machine didn't work at the time).

Room in a semi-basement, view from the window is directly on a mount of grass. More importantly, room smelled awfully strongly of air freshener. Leaky faucet that sprayed water on us.

Exceptional staff, incredibly kind and competent. Very approachable. They've gone great lengths to solve all of my problems or answer any of my questions. Their job is so stressful, but they do their job with vigour and kind-heartedness.

Mediocre Hotel for a high price

The hotel was clean. Breakfast was good considering the hotels class.

- Rented a parking spot for 12€/day, but they overbooked. So in the middle of the night I had no parking space in the hotels garage although I payed for that day. Overall parking is horrendously expensive for the quality of the spots. - Several small things that are not overlooked in other hotels, for instance the cleaning staff did not equip the bathroom's bin with a bag - I had to put it there myself. - Room had two double beds but only one socket accessible from the beds.

Perfect for short stay. Easy parking.

Walking distance from Barclaycard Arena (30 mins), quiet location, nice beds and clean room. Late check-out time and easy parking.

Problems with the keycard to access the room delayed us when we wanted to get in and pack for leaving. But the staff at reception was helpful.
