The breakfast room and the fact that we could be 4 ppl in the room👍

Had not anticipated that it was mainly for elderly people but since it my moms 83 yrs. birthday - she was very happy for the place👍

Very comfortable and located hotel

The hotel is very conveniently located next to a U-Bahn station and near to restaurants and supermarkets. The hotel is very comfortable, good for a long stay and even receiving visitors in the room. I am looking forward to come back.

Breakfast was ok. Spacious rooms. Hotel is some sort of elderly people’s residence where they can live as a community and they get some sort of services. Don’t be surprised to stay in nursing home

There was a kitchen in the room but no cutlery or nothing. Poor pillows.

It was an excellent stay

Very comfortable and spacious two room apartment with a bedroom and living room in the latter a large sleeping sofa, also large bathroom and separate kitchen ( equipment on demand) in a house very near to Hamburg Zoo and U Bahn station, the building surrounded by a green and quiet area, there is a restaurant and bar inside, and a large swimming pool in the basement with a window facing the garden, friendly staff

Great location, good service

The rooms were large and spacious. The location is amazing very well connected. Right across the Tierpark. For a small fee of 6 euros they provide all kitchen equipment too.

Pleasant for a night or two. Recommend it.

Indoor swimming pool, free parking, good area (close to zoo, restaurants, cafes, supermarket), comfortable beds, spacious bathroom.

It was a bit hard to find, staff were ok but didn’t have much contact with them. I think it’s an old people’s home and they rent out rooms for holiday stays. Not a bad idea, just a bit unusual. Did not put us off though. We’d stay here again.

Clean and spacious apartment. Quiet and nice building. Good breakfast. Near to bus stops and U-bahn station.

Bed linen and towels was changed after only two nights when we had only one night left. It wss not really needed.

Some af the days the Restaurant closed at 6 pm which we thought was too early. The sleeping couch was not that good.

Lot of space, clean. Good heating. Two minutes walk to the subway.

No utensils or pots in the apartment. None of us could figure out how to make the sofa bed.

it was very desgusting because in the restaurant was mouses runing . And they didnt do anything for this . Staff very unfredly and we need to wear mask . But they have mouses 😂. i want to make a big complain about this .. the locaition is very nice , but not allow to have mouses in the reataurant .

Exceptional

This is an apartment hotel with suites including a bedroom and a living room. In the livingroom there is a sofa bed so up to four people can sleep in the apartment. The apartments are not small, especially if you are lucky to get one of the extra large ones. The rooms are not disturbed by noice from the outside. The restaurant serves good food at decent prices. You can get room service at no extra cost which is great if you want to avoid crowds during the never ending covid season. We had the rump steak which was really good! See picture... Parking is in the basement under the building. Costs €12 per day.

Not much to add here. We did not test any of the facilities as we were just spending the night here on our car trip from Sweden to Spain.

Great location, good facilities, value for money

Fantastic location within close proximity of U-bahn. In 15 mins in city center with my family on a group card. Hotel facilities were fantastic. Free to use pool and sauna were great to rest from walking throughout city center. Breakfast luxurious and complete. Room was spacious enough for a family of 4

Nothing bad really. Ok, it was part of an elderly home, so furniture and room was somewhat outdated. Wifi was not very stable but it didn't impact my stay in any way.

Rude staff. Did not provide any info, had to ask about breakfast, wifi, etc myself.. She did not bother to introduce it to me, did not give me a receipt, had to actually ask for it.

Beautiful city

Nice place near metro, easy to find, easy to get from the airport, comfortable, warm room

Breakfast the first day was ok, but on saturday morning there was more people and we and two families didn't have chairs and tables to sit. We stayed at the bar with my husband, but those families had small childrens...they asked to open next dininig room but waiter couldn't do this. There also wasn't food enought. The box with warm food was empty, no cheese, no milk:/
