Very nice and clean hostel with good transport connections

The overall appearance of the hostel was very clean, including the room and bathrooms. The kitchen and common area were spacious and comfortable, the hostel staff friendly and professional. Good connections to the city center with trams going often.

The room got really warm during the night because of hot weather, but cooled down after ventilating in the morning.

My stay was awesome.

The room was clean and the cleaning services were excellent. The common room and the kitchen were exceptional with a nice view. The location was perfect because it is close to a train stop and the bus stop was in the vicinity of the hostel. The receptionist was very kind and gave clear instructions.

What I didn't like wasn't the hostel's fault. There was a group of guests that came to the hostel in the last 3 days of my stay and they made the place uncomfortable. For some reason I didn't understand, they started to make noise to a point of even fighting during the hours in which silence was supposed to be observed. Besides this, everything was really good.

Not good nor bad

The room was cold, we couldn't find the heater. The Windows are so large that makes the cold weather transferring easily inside of the room. They wanted money for towels and there aren't any slippers. You have to use metro (like 10-11 stations) to reach out to hotel from Bus terminal.

Excellent location for Barclays Arena

The room was large and very clean. We attended a concert in Barclays Arena, which is only a 15 min walk from the hotel. Furthermore, the hotel is a 5-10 minuttes walk from the S-train. All in all, an excellent location.

No wifi and only German tv. Difficult to find a breakfast location on Saturday and Sunday.

Very clean, modern amenities and only four iminuters away from the Bahnhof! Close to the arenas. Hence the name, I can imagine it's perfect if you are going to see HSV.

Charged additional 3 Euros (total 12 Euros) for pillow blanket and bed cover. Limited opening time at reception. We reached 20:30 PM and the receptionist even proposed that I need to pay again and rebook the same rooms we already paid!(as we arrived later than 7 PM)

Leider wurden wir komplett enttäuscht. Das einzig gute ist, die gute Verbindung zur Barclays Arena. Die Dame an der Rezeption war bemüht und ganz nett.

Es war schmutzig. Dann mussten wir für 4 Personen bezahlen, obwohl wir nur zu 3. angemeldet waren. Gar kein entgegenkommen vom Manager. Diese Unterkunft sieht mich nie wieder! Extrem überteuert. Ich frage mich wie die guten Bewertungen bei Booking zu stande kommen. Unsere schlechten Eindrücke wurden durch andere Gäste vor Ort bestätigt.

- nur 5min zur S-Bahn Haltestelle - ab da in nur 15-20min in der Innenstadt - solide ausgestattete Küchenzeile - Duschkabinen - eigener Kühlschrank inkl. Tiefkühlfach auf dem Zimmer - vorzeitiger Check-in war mit Glück schon um 11 Uhr möglich - flexibler Check-Out

- Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein - durchgelegene Matratze - Nachtruhe wurde nicht immer so ganz eingehalten - abgeschlossenes Zimmer wurde in Abwesenheit betreten, um den Müll zu leeren -> wünschenswert wäre ein Schild, das außen an die Tür gehängt werden kann, sodass man einen "Zimmerservice" ablehnen kann

Wer nicht wert auf ein eigens Bad Dusche und persönliche ruhe legt ist hier richtig aber für den Preis hatte ich in Haup

Personal war sehr freundlich und nett , sind auf Wünsche eingegangen ,wie zb eine frühere Anreise .(Sauberkeit ok )

Ja die Lage ist ehrlich gesagt nicht so schön ,laute industrielle Umgebung .Herrentoiletten (Pisuvar waren alle defekt ) , Abends im Gemeinschaftsraum schlief jemand auf der Couch. Schlüsselanhänger teilweise kaputt und das Bett quietscht doch sehr .

Wir waren leider unzufrieden, ich hatte ein Zimmer fur 4person ( Frauen gruppe) gebucht ohne Erklärung das dass Zimmer sollte auch mit Fremde leute mit Männer schlafen muss! wir wollten das Zimmer wechseln, aber an der Rezeption war kein Personal verfügbar. Wir beschlossen, unsere Sachen zu packen und zu gehen unbequem zum Ausruhen
