A simple convenient stay

I booked a single room and get the whole room to myself, that I am happy

The LED is green in the toilet, and I can't adjust it, green is the colour of horror movie, bruh. Even white is fine, not green, not red

It’s a worth it staying in bedpark hotel though other expectations might had have not been met.

I actually I did not served with breakfast . The location quite far from the places I visited in Hamburg which literally had cost me a huge amount of money on taxi rides transport, I I can not stay longer in Hamburg as I planned before for this two weeks vacation trip.

My personal suggestion is to don’t lose your money in this guesthouse nothing there.

Just the good point was near the train station two minutes far from station.

The rooms were clean but no cabinet, no cattle, no soap, no lotion, no iron, no hand wash and no AC or no exhaust for room temperature or no telephone for calling room service. finally we can say a simple room (guesthouse) with high price. No supermarket near to this guest house. When you want to check out, there is a box next to the gate just put your room card inside that and go.

Warm room. Had to close window because of very loud traffic noises. Also, no possibility to leave window open if you want the curtains ( wood panel) to be closed.

I had an injury cause I had a fall and could not find any first emergency box, nor any phone number was answering. Very bad. They did not have any room to leave then luggage for a while neither..

Immediate pest control is a must!

We didn’t like the place and left it.

There were bugs in the room, the place is in dire need of pest control. Also, the window did not close, making both noise and heat isolation impossible. Since there is a nearby subway station, the non-stop noise made it impossible to sleep. The place had very poor directions for its pre-charged garage, making it impossible to find out how to get in as a foreigner.

1 day 68 euro was kinda expensive?

the location is near to the S Bahn Station. That was great. You can also get breakfast from bakery in front of it. also i didn’t have to contact with reception to check-in and out. it was simple.

you can literally hear every single sentence from outside. My room was exactly next to reception, so in the morning I had really uncomfortable situation to sleep.

Basic hotel room but clean would stay again if visiting Barclays Hamburg Arena

The hotel is a self check in hotel very basic but clean and simple to check in. located next to the train / bus station convenient to get about. We went to a concert at the Barclays Hamburg arena which was a pleasant 15/20 minute walk on a lit walkway path.

No water provided in the room and no vending machine to purchase any water etc. There was a shop across from the hotel but this was closed when we arrived back at the hotel.

- right next to the train station - friendly staff - big room

- room smelled a lot like smoke. must‘ve been an old smokers building, couldn‘t get rid of the smell. - floor felt kind of greasy from the cleaning soap. Only walked with my shoes on. - builing is a bit old, so are the IKEA furniture. eventhough, nicely decorated - reception is only occupied 3h a day! but there‘s an emergency number with someone available (are there super quickly!)

Very very good location, less than one minute to bus station and about 5 minutes to Aldi supermarket. One park is close to it which is great for walking. The room was clean and comfort.

Nothing to like, very rude staff

Staff behavior, tedious checkin process, after 7pm, one has to call different numbers just to enter inside the hotel. Reception never available.
