A beautiful hotel, with buckets of charm. Room was clean, nicely furnished and decorated.

The double bed was two single beds pushed together, but they were not anchored and so moved away from the wall when sitting up in bed and away from each other easily.

Fresh breath in the middle of forest

One of my favorite hotels in Hamburg. So calm and “home” feeling in the middle of a wonderful green forest and fresh air. Coming here second time and will definitely be back again! Thank you for that lovely atmosphere 🩷

Great service from friendly staff. Practical parking right outside. Short distance from/to A7. An in-house very nice and good restaurant. Spacious facilities with nice rooms. Quiet area. They accept dogs.

Everything about this hotel was topnotch The rooms were very clean and spacious.Breakfast was tantalising and the every corner of the hotel was perfect for taking pictures. We had a nice stay in Hamburg.

overall nice experience, comfortable stay, clean and wide room with all facilities and at the end nice breakfast.

200 euros for 1 night is bit unrealistic because of location. Its Almost 35 minutes away from main train station and waiting time for bus can add 20 minutes more on weekends.

Stuff at the Spa and at the Restaurant were very nice, giving us all the time a little extra for our comfort and enjoyment. Food either for dinner or breakfast was absolutely delightful.

I wish, this hotel would be everywhere I travel.

It was probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I usually use 4+ stars hotels, had more luxurious ones, but here everything was just perfect. The staff was super helpful. The room felt home-like. Sapacious, too. I didn’t find a single issues during my stay.

Great place to stay. But make sure you have planned transport to get to Hamburg itself if needed.

The breakfast was very nice although the juice wasn't fresh. Otherwise extensive and of a high standard. The staff were brilliant and we could see the supervisors training the rest of the staff to do things well. We asked for a quiet room. It looked out on the beautiful grounds surrounding the buildings. It is a family affair and they really care that you have a good time.

Not totally unexpected you had to pay for the sauna. It was nice there but in spite of booking slots the first day was awkward as there were too many people. The booking system was improved after that. We were happy but if you don't have a car it is probably not that suitable for Hamburg. I understand there is public transport though.

nice but disappointed

staff was very kind and answered any questions we asked about the area ect. the hotel is presentable breakfast was amazing!

on arrival we was given a room with no aircon, which is one of the main factors of the booking for me. was told that a manager would be contact and rooms moved, nothing happened. we had bugs in my room a few times. a big tree was outside our room. never opened the window. English tv didn’t work, never tried to resolve it for us. pillows we’re VERY soft. not much variety on the evening menu so only had a Caesar salad for lunch once.

A peacefull, clean and friendly hotel

Calm, clean, bright colours, large room and corridors. Very nice and attentive staff. Nice breakfast, also with healty things like fresh fruit and oats.

The curtain was of really darkening quality but didnt cover the window totally. Not the hotels fault but there seems to be no restaurants in the area and the hotels restautant closes early (19:00 on Sundays).

We had an amazing stay here. Particularly liked the delicious breakfast! Nice personnel, quiet green area around, private parking and public transportation nearby. All in all, we could not wish for more.

Great for Tesla drivers, great potential but needs renovation

+ Breakfast was good + Very convenient Tesla supercharger at the hotel + Beautiful hotel building

+ Deeply in need of a renovation. So much wasted potential + Room had a nice terrace but it had a view over the facility’s rear roof. It was kind of a waste.
