staff was very kind and answered any questions we asked about the area ect.
the hotel is presentable
breakfast was amazing!
on arrival we was given a room with no aircon, which is one of the main factors of the booking for me. was told that a manager would be contact and rooms moved, nothing happened. we had bugs in my room a few times. a big tree was outside our room. never opened the window. English tv didn’t work, never tried to resolve it for us. pillows we’re VERY soft.
not much variety on the evening menu so only had a Caesar salad for lunch once.
