A lovely relaxing stay at a clean, quiet hotel with a fantastic central location.

The room and bathroom were comfortable, clean and quiet. The location was excellent.

The only negative for me was that there was a lack of capacity for guests to have breakfast except at very early times, which was unsuitable for us because we wanted to relax and not have to get up early on holiday.

Everything was great during our stay. The location was perfect—we were able to walk to all the attractions we wanted to see. We didn’t try the breakfast, so we can’t comment on that.

good venue, nice lobby, decent staff, had a safe easy check in and out - did help with early check in

No Kettle! only 1 small bin (that was in bathroom no side bin or draw dangerous taxi spot, they drove on the pavement right at the door

Warm welcome on check in and check out. Very comfortable bed with great facilities. First visit to Motel One Hamburg-Fleetinsel. Ubahn 5 minute walk to Baumall. Harbour adjacent to Ubahn. I will be returning this is a very comfortable hotel and great location.
