Price of breakfast exatorsionate plenty of lovely places nearby at less than half price of hotel

- Most of the staff were very pleasant & polite
- size of the bathtub
- firmness of the mattress and couch
- breakfast
- rooftop garden
- some of the staff weren't that polite
- several issues settling the bill, aka being billed too much and credit cards not being accepted due to issues with the hotel's processing system
- room had several issues: too hot (blankets & temperature even with ac), bathtub stained, walls had dark markings, noise through closed windows very noticeable)
- pastries in the brasserie were dry and stale
