A unuque top tier stay

Perfect location, luxurious settings and auper friendly staff are a good combination. All kitchens are good, and actually thwre is an outstanding one in the small French a la carte restaurant a few steps away.

Nothing to complain about. The complimentary fruit was always fresh, that is so nice, actually!

Very much regret booking this grossly overpriced hotel.

Great shower.

Outrageous charge for breakfast (€55 if not prebooked). 5 hangers in a double room. No milk for coffee. Tea bags but no kettle so nothing to boil water with. No iron or ironing board. Room overwhelmingly hot and stuffy - what passes for air conditioning is actually "air movement", which I've experienced before both in Germany and Switzerland, and is completely useless. With the control on max cool, the room remained at 24 degrees, and it wasn't even very warm outside. In a heatwave., this place must be torture rather than tortue. It has a cigar bar which vents into the courtyard - one evening my partner's room stunk of smoke owing to his leaving the window open to try and let some coolness in.

- Most of the staff were very pleasant & polite - size of the bathtub - firmness of the mattress and couch - breakfast - rooftop garden

- some of the staff weren't that polite - several issues settling the bill, aka being billed too much and credit cards not being accepted due to issues with the hotel's processing system - room had several issues: too hot (blankets & temperature even with ac), bathtub stained, walls had dark markings, noise through closed windows very noticeable) - pastries in the brasserie were dry and stale

The hotel was lovely and our rooms were perfect and very comfortable. Both rooms had non functioning iPads which meant we couldn’t mKe calls to front desk or room to Room. This was inconvenient. The staff were very kind and friendly and tried to rectify.

Beautiful design and style of hotel and restaurant. The room and especially the bed was very comfortable. We were only there for 3 days as tourists so location was perfectly situated in the centre. Inclusive mini bar was a nice added touch. Food was also great. We loved our stay.

Seems like the hotel doesn’t get a lot of tourists staying there as when we enquired about hop on and hop off bus/boat, they couldn’t give us any info at all.

Amazing stay in Hamburg

Excellent rooms, excellent staff. I also got to try the Afri-Cola from the minibar which was simply delicious. Better than Coca Cola dare I say :D The staff was amazing. They were able to find a taxi for us even though all taxis were practically booked due to The Weeknd’s concert. Very warm and welcoming people. The room was clean and comfy. Nothing not to like there.
