Amazing stay, excellent hotel. Definitely recommend for any travelers, leisure of business alike. Great Spa area, sauna, steam bath, pool, jacuzzi, technogym equipped gym. comfortable bed, pillows and duvets are amazing. room has a nice coffee machine.

the bathroom is a bit weird, especially if sharing a room with someone other than your significant other. bathroom has sliding doors but does not fully close and there is no real wall, rather a glass with a see through curtain.

Great location and staff, overall nice stay, but needs design help.

The staff here is great and did everything they could to make sure I had a good stay so that was really appreciated. They have a small but nice gym, an outdoor terrace bar, the rooms are nicely laid out and have everything you need, it was clean and comfortable and the location was great. If it were a work trip, I'd stay here again but if you're on holiday and plan to linger on the property or in your room, you might find more interesting options elsewhere.

This is not a design forward hotel so the name is a bit misleading. Don't expect much in terms of interesting decor anywhere in the rooms or public spaces or any kind of vibe going on. The lobby could be a cool atrium space but it is completely wasted with no engaging seating or anything interesting going on. The bar off the lobby is a bit sad and dark too. The outdoor terrace could also use a a bit of love to make it more appealing. That said, while I didn't get what I wanted with this hotel, I did get what I needed and had a pleasant stay!

The rooms looked amazing and we loved the space we had and how clean everything was. The employees also were very friendly and accommodating on any of our requests.

The bathroom didn't have a door one can fully close. Else we can't think of anything.

Friendly staff, room was in a bad quality state, bad beds. Cleaning staff touched our stuff.

The staff was friendly, place looked well kept.

The cleaner personal overstept boundaries. They touched our personal stuff, moved stuff from inside our luggage and we ended up missing items like charging cables and other small personal items that were possibly thrown away. We reported this to the info desk that this made us really uncomfortable that our wallets and such are touched and moved during cleaning.

Location and staff were great.

We had a superior room and the double bed was extremely small and not in my opinion what one expects in a 5 star hotel. Also the lighting in the room, if you turn the bathroom light on the whole room lights up, not good in the middle of the night!!

Tasteful and confortable

We liked everything! Just a small remark on the evening staff at the reception on the day before my checkout, I made sure to remember my early checkout and the request for a packed lunch made on arrival, and this was not transmitted to the kitchen, which made us wait for an extra 12minutes before leaving to the station. But since we had a buffer time, this was no issue and we could arrive on time for our train home and enjoyed a tasty and fulfilling packed lunch :)

Very nice central hotel

Very modern and amazing rooftop where you can enjoy the sun and sunset. Nice big rooms with good facilities and everything you need at hand.

The bathroom doors are made of glass and are unable to close properly. Which is unfortunate.. The pool is very small taking how large of a hotel it is. And the saunas a “textile free”, so people go in naked. Never seen that anywhere else. Some staff are very nice but some are extremely rude.

spa area could be a bit cleaner (bathrooms below are dated) and use a refresh in general, coffee machine in my room did not work. room service menu is rather limited: breakfast could not be ordered a minute after deadline and not many other items that made sense but some dishes from a steak house

I loved this hotel. All is very good: staff very friendly and professional, amazing decorations, excellent pool and sauna, spectacular speed of free internet and an elegant meat restaurant (one of the best of the city) and very good location.

Perfect location

Location

For a 5star hotel with 11 floors and lots of rooms, the bar area is very small. You only have the restaurant but there you can't sit for a drink so you only have space in the bar and there are just a few tables and if you arrive around 9 pm all tables are taken. There is no hotel lobby area with comfortable seating and chairs. the lobby is just a big bench to wait in bright light which is just to wait in front of the elevator and reception. So if the bar area is full and therefore you ask for a table in the restaurant, they answer not possible, then you just have to return to your room because we have a child of 9 years old with us. What we missed is then the flexibility and service of the restaurant to give you a table since the bar area is full. This service I would have expected for a 5star hotel.

Lobby, bar, amazing breakfast (one of best hotel breakfasts I ever ate)

Strange place full of contrasts. Quite expensive, 5 stars. Lobby looks super exclusive and promising. Bar - same. Rooms… quite small bed with quite budget mattress. Chair, table - bit worn and with abrasions. Dirty or rather just really old and used grout in the bathroom. Bathtub stopper leaking. I am not saying that this place was dirty, poor and bad. It was… ok, but this is the standard which I’d fully accept in Ibis class of hotel - not 5 stars for this price.
