    Their customer service via phone is bad. But on site customer service is exceptional! Very friendly and helpful staff that made you feel welcomed ☺️ It's a literally a minute walk from ubahn. Many cafes, bars and shops around.

    I stayed at the hotel recently and, overall, the experience was satisfactory. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is attentive, and the common areas are well maintained. However, one of the things that disappointed me was that the gym was closed for maintenance during my entire stay. I understand that maintenance is necessary, but it would have been helpful to have been informed in advance at the time of booking, especially since I chose the hotel based on the availability of the fitness facilities. It would be nice if the hotel could offer alternatives, such as partnerships with nearby gyms, for situations like this. Otherwise, the stay was peaceful and I would consider staying at the hotel again in the future, provided that all amenities are available.
