Very good hotel

The room was large with a nice view. There was everything from a coffee and tea kit to a pillow lavender mist. A guy was playing the piano in the lobby in the evening. Unfortunately, we did not try the breakfast since we had plans in the morning. The rooftop bar had a cosy, warm vibe; the food was mediocre, but the drinks were good. The waiters were helpful and polite.

The staff was rude. The front desk guy did not explain anything about the facilities, and the guy at the room where we left our baggage nearly yelled at me for entering the room after I did not get him speaking in German.

We stayed three nights and during our stay the room hasn't been really cleaned properly. The window sill had a thick layer of dust from the very beginning. During our stay the floor was not swept and the various furniture was not dusted. It was just a superficial tidying up. On the first day, I left my bath towel in the bathtub to be changed, and I found it hanging without being replaced with a clean one. I called the reception and asked for a clean towel, but an hour later no one had brought it to my room. It was only after I went down to the reception myself and told them what had happened that they brought clean towels to my room. The replenishment of food at the breakfast buffet is not well organized, so it often runs out.

Decent Stay, with amazing breakfast

The breakfast was AMAZING. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever experienced. There was a good selection of hot meals, cured meats, fruits, breads, pastries, cheeses, dips, sauces, freshly squeezed and boxed juices, teas, coffees etc. There was also smoked salmon and that german raw minced meat that added a nice local flair. You could take the coffe in a to go cup even. The rooms were also super clean. I always check the bed seams, under the bed and room corners, all were clean and dust free. Location was also pretty nice, rigth outside of the dammtor station.

They had overbooked and had to downgrade us for 1 night of our stay, so half of it. It added a lot of hassle to our short stay. Also this is a pet peeve, but there were 2 single beds rather than a double bed, 2 single blankets etc. in both rooms, this was not comfortable. Also the shower faucet was acting weird in our proper room, the water ran hotter than what it showed.

Very nice and clean room. Spectacular view since room was on 27th floor. Very friendly and helpful staff at check-in and Concierge.

The parking garage is an absolut nightmare. You enter via Congress Centre Garage, which is clean and bright and the driveways give you a lot of space ... and then you enter the Radisson Garage with extremely narrow spaces for your car and even more narrow driveways and sharp and high curbs which will kill your expensive rims ... and you have no chance to evade, you have to go from level to level (4 or 5 in total) before you can go back to the CC. The architect which did this design ... don't know how to call him ...

Perfect stay for a conference

Great location as I attended an event at the Congress centre, so extremely convenient. Hotel was great and facilities were good and I loved the parks in the neighbourhood for my morning runs.

Convenient, clean, absolutely good value for money.

Centrally situated, next to public transport and a botanical garden, strong wifi. I liked the well sheltered smokers‘ corner outside under a roof and appreciated the convenient offer to only have to move out at 12 noon.

Breakfast was amazing, also the view from the room was nice. The gym in the hotel was nice, I didn't try the sauna but there is a SPA so it's another plus

The hotel is nice, the location is ok, I would take a hotel closer to the center the next time, however the metro station is very close so no big deal

Radisson Blu has a good name and good service and perfect location and good food. This is a place to be . I will definitely recommend Radisson Blu.

Great location if you do not expect much service

The location is great, the view from the room was great.

The coffee maker in the room is a bit old style, kettle with instant coffee (superior room). Long queues at the reception desks. The parking deck is in disarray and tiny parking boxes for those that were not taken out of service. All electric car wallboxes were out of service. Requests sent to the Hotel ahead of time stood unanswered while at the same time I received repeated notification (5!!) I should not bring my kids into the room (my kids are adults and were not traveling with us), unless ordering a crib for extra cost.

It was a good stay after all.

The size of the room was good for two. It was clean. The hotel is right by the metro/train station, thus very convenient.

The check-in process and the procedure for self-check in were confusing. When I picked up my luggage after check-out, there was no one to help and had to wait for about five minutes before I was helped.

Happy stay

The location is really great . Near the train station and the nice plantum garden and give nice walking to the city centr.and the size of roomsis good.. it was clean..rooms were ready even before the time of chick in .. the staff was cooperative infront the disk

The reception do not pick up the phone.. we needed an extra blanket we called many times but no answer .. we went persobally to reception and they promissed they wil bring the bkanket but they didnt ! We needed tissue box also but they never pick up the phone how many we call!
