A nice comfortable hotel I would go back

No complains. A nice hotel you can go and relax.

I was only there to sleep . Did not visit everything. I was happy. Very god reception and top concierge for tickets and questions . Really helpful

Delightful and would go back!

Good location, wonderful staff and delicious breakfast! The Bourbon bar was brilliant and loved the live piano and violin players. Well equipped gym and lovely pool.

I didn’t realise the sauna area was completely naked, the hotel I previously stayed in wasn’t in Hamburg! There was also no tea/coffee making facilities in the room

Excellent comfortable hotel in good location

The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was excellent if you’re happy to walk a little bit.

No kettle or tea bags in the bedroom and the air conditioning wouldn’t go any cooler.

Wonderful stay

The property is easy to reach by train, super close to the city center and the spa is amazing. The staff was really helpful and sweet and the breakfast buffet was good.

We had a technical problem with our AC in our room, and maintenance came to check it. They left a fan in our room telling us that that’s the only solution they can offer. Only after talking to the reception and insisting that that’s not an acceptable solution were we offered a different room. It kind of disappointed me because it is a 5 star hotel, and our room was facing south, on a day with almost 30 degrees Celsius - I would’ve expected them to be forthcoming.

Nice hotel if you wanna treat yourself a little extra

We love this hotel, second time there. Nice location in a quiet but central area. Beautiful hotel with a nice relaxing atmosphere. Nice spa with fair prices. Restaurant Theo next door is highly recommended. Nice king-size bed.

Would prefer complete kids free spa, but at least their time is limited. Not a big fan of the nudity in the saunas, but that's how it is in Germany. We were woken up by a mistaken call on the room phone, that's pretty annoying when we where there to get at good long night sleep.

Pleasant

The room was very comfortable and the location was great.

Four persons (1 lady and 3 gentlemen) knocking on my door close to midnight informing me that they got the same room allocated was not a pleasant experience. When I reported it to the reception the next day, it was treated very lightly and no concern was shown to investigate the incident I left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and I do not wish to return to the hotel again in the future.

This is a 5 star hotel living in the 80s

Comfort room was larger than expected. With air con and the bathroom was very clean and well eqipped. We were facing the street and it was quite. Many restaurants and bars to choose from. Location is great.

The bed was very hard and the pillows were like ikea quality. Had a terrible sleep. The room itself is rather dated. The tv was small for the size of room No tea or coffee or even a kettle Breakfast is now how it looks on website. Selection not ideal and the wait for hot food is badly organised. It's never worth 30 euros. Rather disappointed. We felt that this was a rather old 5 star hotel that lacked the usual qualities of other hotels. Would we return. No

Aircon was not sufficient; room was too hot and could not be cooled down; to open the window did not make sense because of busy and noisy traffic; could hardly get any sleep during the night.
