Very good location. Walkable to the Hamburg central station. Very good breakfast menu with live omlette counter. Staff were flexible to accommodate custom vegetarian option upon request. Free minibar was a plus.
Coffee machine were not cleaned properly. Hot water was not available in the wash basin. Door lock was not working. Telephone not working in room. Need to go 7 floor down to complain or ask something. Response from reception not adequate.

Clean / central location and nice staff
The ONLY thing i didnt like was the odd smell of sewer when you enter the lobby - which could be a temporary thing and did not travel to the floors/rooms that were very nice and clean

The room was spotless and exceptionally well-maintained, reflecting the great care put into the property. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. You can really tell that they take pride in keeping everything in top condition!
The location was a little off the main center, but still very convenient - several U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations were within a 10-minute walk, making it easy to get around the city.

Extremely uncomfortable pillows.
Very basic hotel, not sure why it claims to be 5 stars. Looks like a hospital, location is ok but not great: a lot of traffic, ugly surroundings. Ubahn is still 20mins away.
Breakfast is ok, but definitely not amazing like others stated.
If this was advertised as a budget, 3 stars hotel, no complaints. But claiming to be 5 stars, with 5 star prices, I'm sorry but it's a scam.
