Clean, quiet and comfortable hotel in a nice location

Clean, comfortable hotel in a nice and quiet area. We were very happy with our stay and found it easy to get around Hamburg from this location. Appreciated the complimentary coffee pods in the room.

The staff was friendly, asked about a toothbrush and an umbrella and they borrowed me. I did’t take a breakfast but the coffee was free. Cleaning was upon request which is fine for me

Decent hotel but a bit overpriced

Location next to Planten & Bloomen garden and near to Reeperbahn, Dammtor and Alster. Well equipped room and bathroom Small fridge & safe available StadtRad parking place in front of hotel (bikes were almost never present but at least we could drop them there) Rich breakfast, good choice of cereals, jams, salami. Outlook from windows (partially spoiled by prison and messe halls) Parking right under hotel (if you arrive early and parking places reserved for hotel are free, it's very short walk)

Too soft beds Everlasting high frequency noise like from water system or air condition. Audible mainly in bathroom. Little annoying when going to sleep. Breakfast scrambled eggs without any taste. Pastry was once still partially frozen. Price (to be fair, there was Hafengeburstag festival during weekend so probably this made the price higher than usual)

The location is superb with easy access to the convention centre, city and public transport! The bed was a little too solid for my liking but it was perfect otherwise with great AC that kept the room nice and cool during the summer heat! The staff were very kind and the breakfast was good!

The bed was too solid and wasn't very comfortable for me, I did struggle to fall asleep some nights because of this.

The breakfast was international and good. The location also was perfect to allow us to visit the city and the conference location without public transportation.

The room at our arrival was ready, but the soap was missing. Luckily the personnel solved this issue right away.

Exceptional

Despite the lack of personal, the man who made the check-in instead of leaving he stayed longer to check us in. The staff at the breakfast were very nice and smiley .
