wonderful hotel

had a great experience at this location. the entire hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are well appointed and comfortable, the staff is efficient and friendly, and the location was awesome. it’s about a 20 minute walk from the central train station and very conveniently located for other things to do/see in the city.

Lovely hotel in a great location to explore the city

Great location in the Speicherstadt. Breakfast was very good, staff very friendly. The room was really nice and we were lucky to have the view of the Speicherstadt rather than the road.

Nothing negative to say. All Hamburg hotels seem expensive and this hotel was more than I’d usually want to pay. I didn’t try the breakfast because I couldn’t eat enough to justify the cost.

Great place to stay for a long weekend in Hamburg

The location is great, there's a parking garage next to the hotel, and the staff is wonderful. We liked the buffet breakfast, and the hotel bar has great cocktails and food. The Italian restaurant that's also part of the hotel was very nice too.

The rooms are on the small side. And there's a smell outside of the hotel, that was quite pungent. Not sure what it was or where it came from. But bit seemed to be lingering around Speicherstadt, and especially strong around the hotel.

Modern gem of a hotel in the heart of Speicherstadt, ideal for Miniatur Wunderland, the Elbphilharmonie and other famous sights. Arriving back at 1 a.m. from Miniatur Wunderland, it was a nice surprise to find I could get a cold beer from a fridge at the reception itself! A nice touch I've not seen elsewhere.

The room with the extra bed for a couple and a child is perhaps a tiny bit small, but not too bad.

Great location - elegant and clean!

Great location near the UNESCO site, miniature museum and some great restaurants. Clean area and quite at night. A 14 minute walk from the central train station. Friendly staff loaned us umbrellas, were cheerful and welcoming. The room was clean and well designed. The air conditioning was welcomed as we visited in July.

No markets are ver close but some nice restaurants are near.

A great location in a very nice hotel with good public transport connections. Breakfast consisted of an excellent choice of different foods, well presented and a good efficient service. We missed a bar which was closed due to staff shortage. Staff was very friendly and helpful- can highly recommend.

Everything. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are well designed with natural light. The view of the water and red brick building was spectacular.

Unfortunately, the bar wasn't open during my stay but the restaurant was open for cocktails.

Great hotel for a stay in Hamburg

Nice hotel in a great location - easy to walk to the center of the city, too (so you don't have to use your car). Comfortable check-in/check-out/parking in the adjacent car park. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. My room had a very nice view. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would book again!

Upmarket hotel, staff very professional and remembered your name - nothing too much trouble. special mention of the bar staff who under their manager’s watchful eye deliver professional service .

it wasn’t a problem but be aware there is no room service however bar staff organised a meal for me and I was able to take to my room
