Wellness & Outdoor Area:
In the garden, you will find a private sauna and a private whirlpool (seasonal use: May 1 to October 1). A covered terrace invites you to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings.
Important Notes:
The host may live in the upper part of the house if only the lower area is booked. The entire villa can also be booked.
Parking & Rules:
Parking is available on the property as well as free street parking. One pet is allowed for an extra fee per night. Cats are not permitted due to allergies. Smoking and parties are not allowed. Self-check-in is possible.

After booking, you will receive a contact form. Please observe quiet hours from 12:00 to 14:30 and from 21:00. Loud music in the garden is not permitted.

Electricity and water consumption are charged separately according to actual usage and are not included in the rental price. Meter readings are recorded at check-in and check-out.
Tourist Tax:
The local tourist tax is charged extra and is not included in the overnight price. The amount depends on the season and is payable on site.
