Fantastic place

We have stayed at this hotel for 8 years now. This year we booked a budget room due to costs. This has no balcony but apart from that it was excellent as always. Staff are amazing and its in a great location for the town.

Staff at the Hotel are absolutely lovely The hotel is clean and tidy, little dated in a few areas but nothing concerning! Hotel is ideally set on the lake and roughly 7-10mins walk into the centre of Malcesine.

Beautiful views in a perfect setting on the shores of Lake Garda

This hotel was spectacular, right on the water with incredible views of the lake. Parking was easy, basically on top of the hotel. Check in was simple and fast. The room was well appointed with great views of the lake from the balcony. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The breakfast was fantastic with a huge spread on the lakeside terrace with beautiful views. The pool was delightful with ample space and lounge chairs. The location was perfect, maybe a 10 minute walk along the lake into the old town center.

Great lakeside location

We splurged for a lake view room and I'm so glad we did! The room had plenty of space for clothes storage. The balcony is small but perfect for enjoying sunsets over the lake. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool area was nice with plenty of lounge chairs. Parking was convenient. Breakfast was extensive.

Perfect location close to center of Malcesine, but still directly situated at the lake. Good and diverse breakfast!

Hotel needs renovation soon. All facilities were clean but still quite old and not according to the latest standard. High potential for improvement when they start renovation.

The location of the hotel is perfect: a few minutes walking distance to the centre of Malcesine (via a very pleasant path), in a quiet spot. The staff is very attentive, helpful and really friendly. The hotel was spotless and the rooms comfortable Having breakfast while enjoying the spectacular view of the lake was our morning highlight. Having a parking space is definitely a bonus.

The area around the pool is dated and would benefit from being refreshed. Having said that, the pool in itself was very pleasant.

Disappointing because we had no air conditioning and could not sleep.

sauna was never switched on. one had to ask for it to be switched on and then wait for it to heat up. Air conditioning was not working. we stayed for 5 nights and each day we were told the technician was coming that day. We got no quality sleep at all and left feeling exhausted.

Views could not have been better.

Breakfast was a disappointment. Expectations were hig as this was the most expensive hotel in our trip around Lago di Garda. With this kind of pricing you expect something that is a bit beyond normal level. As an outcome: this time views from the hotel room were over priced.

Breath taking beauty and relaxing

Everything was excellent. The location; on the lake, the views took my breath away, close to the center but peaceful, place to go swimming to the lake. The room was spotless and comfortable, quiet, excellent bed. Having your breakfast on the terrace looking at the lake and the mountains and swimming on the pool were extremely relaxing. The staff; all of them professional, polite and so nice to everyone, they made you feel really welcome - really made a difference on your stay. I definitely will come back and truly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Great location by the lake and close to the center. Nice and friendly staff. Nice room with comfortable bed. Got a pleasant upgrade of the room facing the lake. Breakfast with a good selection. Parking in fenced area. Highly recommended!

Poor internet connection, low speed and unstable network. The fitness equipment in the end of a corridor without aircondition and no privacy.

Everything. Perfect place, very clean and suitable room, good pool, really friendly staff. The hotel is located in calm place, but city center is in a few minutes walk. The view from the window to the lake is very beautiful. The European style breakfast is good enough. Nice hotel for a good holiday.

The only issue was with unstable internet connection. However I was told that this problem will be resolved soon.

I really recommend the hotel - staffs, location and view.

The location is great, in a quiet area along the promenade of Malcesine. The view of the room was amazing - the mountains and the lake. The staffs are very attentive and friendly. The breakfast is very good, you can have it in the lake front. There is a parking lot without extra cost.

Apparently there is a local law that the minimum temperature of the room`s air conditioning is 24C degrees. As the temperatures were around 30C degrees it was hot.
