This hotel is immaculate! It’s one of the cleanest hotels we’ve EVER stayed in. The small Team are cheerful,helpful,obliging people who go out of their way for you. The attention to detail is amazing. The only reason this is a three star hotel & not a five is because of the lack of facilities eg:gym,shop,swimming pool .It’s up there with some of the best hotels we’ve stayed in

Laura at the check in was wonderful. She was friendly and professional. Our room was the Junior Suite and it was beautiful. The lake view was gorgeous.

It was a bit expensive. Parking was very tight, but it was right next door to the hotel.

It was in a perfect location for the town and for swimming in the lake. We loved it

Location close to but not in the centre of Malcésine. It is on the lake and far away from the main road. Own car parking space 10 metres from the hotel. Lovely simple room with comfy bed and Door onto the terrace, with easy access to the warm pool and to the lake itself. Friendly, helpful staff who brought us drinks on the terrace if we requested them. Wonderful views across the lake and to the Harbour in Malcésine where the boats arrive

Hotel spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and in a brilliant location. Breakfast was delicious and staff were very friendly. Amazing views from the hotel.

Pool is tiny and unheated. Given the lake is very cold all year round, it doesn't make much sense to have an unheated pool.

Lakeside retreat.

The lakeside setting with garden and terrace was beautiful. Great breakfast with lake views. Two minute stroll to harbour, centre, shops, castle, restaurants etc. Bright, airy and super clean. No noise from dining room above our room.

Aircon in our room was ineffective and quite noisy, even after reset.

Wonderful 10 day stay in this lovely hotel in the gorgeous town of Malcesine.

Lovely hotel, really nice breakfast overlooking the lake :-) Location could not have been better! Nice modern room, ours was a junior suite so the size was good. Although very expensive in comparison to other places we have stayed, we were happy with everything so no complaints! The staff in particular are a huge asset to this hotel.

Nothing we didn't like, we just wouldn't have described the room as a "junior suite" it was more of a spacious room.

Location was perfect ,just a short walk to the centre of the town.Room was spotless ,with a very comfortable bed. Views were incredible from our room. Staff go out of their way to help.

The hotel was spotless and the staff were very pleasant. The room was quite compact but the shower was great and the hotel is in a very central location.

Unfortunately, no english speaking channels working due to poor weather and our new toilet leaked a bit when flushed . Also the description of the room indicated a private terrace, in fact it was a small bit of a terrace which had a roped off section and the rest was open to other occupants. Fortunately, not busy so not an issue but worth making this clearer to avoid disappointment.

Superb

Probably the best lake view you can get on Garda Lake area, as this hotel is just on the brink of the waterline, A small pontoon with sunbeds accessible to all hotel guests. Restaurant is also overlooking the lake, so breakfast experience is also uplifted, really unique. We booked a junior suite with mountain view, however we were upgraded to a standard room with lake view. The room itself is quite small, but the view was indeed spectacular. Good quality materials & design, comfortable bed. Breakfast very tasty, with good variety and delicious croissants.

Felt quite weird at the check out when they asked us to wait until they check the room. Never happened to us in a long time, left a bitter taste. Hope they stop this practice, we chose not to ruin their rating for this. Shower had a draining issue, assume it is just wear and tear at the end of season, anyhow not something we could not manage.

Everything! Jasmine and all staff went above and beyond to make our trip perfect. The hotel is in a great position to explore local towns; the breakfast and evening dinner is exceptional and enjoying drinks on the terrace was a highlight.
