Die Lage, der Pool, das Frühstück mit glutenfreien Optionen ohne vorherige Absprache, sehr freundliches und entspanntes Personal..
Es fehlen Ablagemöglichkeiten sowie Handtuchhalter im Bad bei mehreren Personen.

Das Hotel ist wie sein Name wirklich ideal. Es gibt alles was man braucht, die Lage ist fantastisch, der Pool traumhaft und v.a. ist das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und überauß freundlich, so wie alle scheinbar in Malcesine sehr freundlich sind.
Das Frühstück könnte mehr Option bieten.

The pool and private free parking are the biggest draw in this hotel. It is why we booked to stay here.
The location is amazing you cross the road and you are directly into malcesine centre. The room was clean and the bed and shower were comfortable. We had a slight problem with our room and the staff fixed it for us very quickly.
The decor is extremely dated, it seriously needs an update. The stairs are painted gold, the bathroom tiles are painted gold, all the wood is bright green. For the money we paid for 4 nights we expected a more modern hotel.
