Nice location walking distance to town with a good breakfast!

Clean room, Breakfast was a nice buffet -mix of cooked eggs and bacon and cold items like yogurt and toppings and breads, location great-parking included-could walk into town -never used the car, beautiful area on Lake Garda, has a pool up on a rooftop structure that looked nice-we didn’t use it. Would recommend!

Nice location, kind staff, clean and large room

Nice location - close to the centre and next to a EuroSpar. Very clean and large room, spacious bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Staff were kind and helpful. There was storage for my bike and something to lock it to which I appreciated.

The bedsheet was a weird size/shape. It was long and rectangular - so either limited sheet on each side, or legs were sticking out at the bottom.

Exceptional

Hotel Ideal was fabulous in every aspect. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond when we arrived very late and had not eaten. The rooms were very spacious, extremely clean and the beds were so comfortable. We had two rooms next to each other, with doors out to a lovely patio area with tables and chairs. The breakfast was amazing with a great variety of food. The pool was gorgeous, very clean and plenty of loungers both in the shade and in the sun. The views in all directions were stunning. The location of Hotel Ideal was perfect. A few minutes walk took you into the centre of Malcesine with all the lovely restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend Hotel Ideal for a holiday.

There was nothing to dislike about this hotel or its location. We found the Wi-Fi in this area of Lake Garda is a bit slow but our two teenagers still managed to cope!

Excellent value for money .

Spotlessly clean with friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was excellent . Lovely view of lake and comfortable beds. Surprisingly quiet ant relaxed around the pool - also very clean- to say it’s near the road. Easy walk into the centre which is close. Highly recommend this hotel and value for money.

It’s quite a steep climb for elderly from the centre back to the hotel.

Comfortable apartment in well-situated, welcoming hotel with friendly, welcoming staff

Family-owned hotel with friendly staff and reasonable prices. Good swimming pool. Ground floor apartment ideal for our needs. Breakfast was great though we're not big eaters so we only had it on the first day Ideal location for access to Malcesine town centre

Wifi was a bit patchy - better in the morning than afternoon/evening Fans in the bedrooms but not in the main room - management had forewarned there was no aircon in the apartment, which wasn't an issue other than in the dining/sitting room on a couple of nights

It is a really lovely hotel in a great location. The breakfast buffet is very tasty! We absolutely enjoyed our stay :)

Very minor point: the road in front of the hotel can be busy at times but didn’t disturb too much!

Older gem

Location, location, location! Just a 5-minute walk into the heart of town with tons of restaurants and shops, supermarket even closer, 10-min walk to Monte Baldo funicular station. Lovely pool and garden with wide-sweeping vistas of mountains and castle and flowers and fruit trees. Hotel owners and staff were very welcoming and friendly!! Ground-floor apartment was large and practical for families. Superb value for the money spent!

Furnishings in the ground-floor apartment are a bit dated and lighting a tad dark, but it was cool despite not having A/C. Terrace looks out to adjacent building block, but having a separate entrance was super.

Un angolo di paradiso dove soggiornare in tutta tranquillità ma vicini al centro

La struttura è in ottima posizione vicinissima al centro, gode di una piscina immersa nel verde di un bel giardino ben tenuto. Anche se la struttura è un po’ datata e’ tenuta benissimo ed è tutto pulito e curato ottima colazione sia salata che dolce..con frutta. Staff gentile e disponibile.. Cosa si vuole di più?

Un giorno a Malcesine

L'hotel si trova sulla strada principale di Malcesine e in due minuti si raggiunge il centro a piedi. I servizi che offre non sono da tutti gli hotel : possibilità di grigliare con camino in mezzo agli olivi , la loro piscina è tenuta in maniera eccellente e al di sotto vi è uno spogliatoio con doccia per chi ne avesse bisogno. A cura dell'ospite è stato messo a disposizione un frigorifero per conservare bevande o frutta. La camera era molto ampia e pulita . Colazione abbondante sia dal dolce al salato. Personale gentile e subito pronto per ogni richiesta.

Oasi di pace vicinissima al centro

Posizione vicina al centro comoda al lago ma comunque in un posto tranquillo. Piscina bellissima circondata da piante con i lettini a bordo piscina e sotto le piante di un bellissimo giardino dove si trova anche tavolo da ping pong e calcetto. Oasi di pace a due passi dal centro. Parcheggio sotto le piante.

Oltre le aspettative

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza per partecipare alla corsa in .montagna che si teneva a Malcesine. Tutto perfetto oltre le nostre aspettative. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile, ci hanno fatto lasciare la macchina nel loro parcheggio anche dopo il check out (essendo in corsa non avremmo saputo dove metterla) ci hanno preparato un pacchetto per la colazione la sera prima siccome ci saremmo alzati molto prima dell'ora ufficiale per la colazione. Infine ci hanno consentito di fare la doccia post gara. La stanza era pulita, letti comodi e super silenziosa, il giusto sonno pre gara! Hotel a due passi dal centro e dal lungomare. Grazie davvero per tutto siamo stati benissimo.

Prisvärt, trevlig personal, nära till stan.

Fin trädgård med pool på baksidan. Vi hade balkong med utsikt över Gardasjön. Promenadavstånd till den vackra byn med gränder, restauranger och shopping. De flesta rum har balkong.

Bra att veta är att vägen går precis utanför hotellet och är väldigt trafikerad. För oss var det inga problem dock.
