The Manager and Staff are friendly and very helpful nothing was too much for them to do, the food in the restaurant was great and full every night. Excellent thank you for a great time and memories 👍,

Great location, standard hotel

Great location, clean room with a good AC. Relatively good choice of breakfast food included in price. Private balcony with a mountain view. Pleasant staff.

Zero soundproofing, worst one I've had so far in my travels. You can hear everyone in the hallway as if they were in your own room (plus a little bit of echo) and sounds from other rooms travel too but not as bad as directly through the door from the hallway. Then again the guests were relatively quiet during my stay so it didn't bother me too much. A mini fridge in the room would be great to cool down drinks and store some food during this heat but it wasn't an expectation from this booking.

Very friendly staff. Bathroom & shower was very good and cleanliness was excellent - a credit to the housekeeping staff. Very good value for money and excellent location

Friendly staff and great location.

The hotel was adjacent to the pedestrian zone and a few minutes walk from the cable car and ferry. The staff was friendly. I checked in at noon and the room was ready. The room was a decent size and I had a balcony with a mountain view. I ate dinner both nights at the restaurant. The food was excellent and the staff gave me a discount since I was a hotel guest. The price of the room was far cheaper than some of the alternatives.

I did hear a bit of street noise on Saturday evening, but Sunday was quieter. Light sleepers may prefer to stay at a hotel that is not on the main road.

Breakfast quite simple. There is no minibar and electric kettle in the room, which would be nice. Room with a balcony and city view is actually located "on the main street" so don't expect some peace 24 hours a day

Ideal place to stay & explore Malsecine

Fantastic location right in centre of Malsecine. Got free parking on site which was a real bonus. Nice room with a balcony. Due to Covid restrictions the breakfast was a bit limited but ok. Strong Wifi which was great..

Das besonders freundliche Personal. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und sehr gut. Das Abendessen im Hotel-Restaurant ist ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel ist, für seine „zwei Sterne“, sehr gut und hat uns als Saisons Abschluss am Gardasee gut gefallen.

Remek elhelyezkedés. Az óváros kapujában és pár 100 méternyire a Monte Baldo felvonójától. Ingyen parkolás lehetősége a közelben.

Vacker stad, kommer inte bo på detta boende igen. Valde det pga parkering och ac men det blev för varmt.

Bra läge i centrala Malcesine. Frukost ingår.

Varmt rum med mycket dålig ac, överlag varmt i hotellets alla utrymmen inklusive den inglasade verandan för frukost. Svårt att få tag i hotellets personal då de också driver restaurang i samma byggnad, oklart vilka man kunde fråga. Personalen i restaurangen hade svårt att hjälpa till vid utcheckningen. Rörigt!

Preiswert, sauber, zentral und recht laut.

Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer zur Straße („Bergblick“). Da es die Durchgangsstraße um den See ist, die von Motorradbegeisterten mit entsprechendem Motorsound genutzt wird, ist es ziemlich laut.

Empfehlenswert für einen Besuch in Malcesine und dem Monte-Baldo Massiv

Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hafen entfernt. Die Seilbahn zum Monte Baldo ist ebenfalls in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Das dazugehörige Restaurant ist empfehlenswert.

Leider bedingt die zentrale Lage an der Durchgangsstraße bereits in den frühen Morgenstunden ein relativ hohes Geräuschniveau.

- Sehr sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal - zentrale Lage des Hotels - großes Bett - sauberes Zimmer, bis auf einige kleine Ecken (Staub unterm Bett und Sofa)
