Nice hotel

Good location, almost in the Malcesine center, big parking space under olive trees; we stayed in clean, nicely furnished room in the new part of hotel, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with toiletries. Friendly, english speaking staff. Great breakfast, wide variety of food and drinks. Chocolate surprise on Easter morning 🙂 reasonable price

Bathroom with big window ok in a day time, it would be nice with some courtains for a night time 🙃

Best few days ever! Spectacular scenery

Breakfast was amazing! Staff Friendly and very accommodating. The location, well it couldn't have been better if I'm honest. Everything you need is just a few mins walk away. The most stunning place I've ever seen. We loved every minute of our 4 night stay at hotel Alpi & will return again soon! Thank you!

Great castle and lake view as well as central location!

Amazing view from the suite of the castle. Also fabulous location with 2 minutes walk from everything, the bus, the boat, the cable car. Really lovely homely hotel with friendly staff and clean pool/facilities.

A little more variation for the breakfast. A small bit dated in the interior decorations although good quality..

Lovely stay. Hotel room was nice, clean and the view from our balcony was amazing. Big pool, lot of sunbeds. Big parking place. Stuff very nice and helpfull.

Someone can find the entrance hall old-fashioned, but I liked it and I don't think there is no need to change anything.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ja, die Inneneinrichtung ist zeitlich stehen geblieben, aber strahlt dadurch eine familiäre Wärme aus. Man wird als Gast wahrgenommen. Ich hatte eigentlich ein kleines Zimmer gebucht, aber saisonal bedingt hatte ich Zimmerupgrade bekommen mit schönstem Bergblick. Danke dafür! Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und der Kaffee sehr gut. Da ich am Abreisetag schon sehr früh los musste wurde mir sofort angeboten ein Lunchpaket zusammenzustellen. Dieses Angebot habe ich gerne wahrgenommen und es war sehr gut bestückt.

Das wirklich einzige was ich bemängeln könnte, ist der antiquierte Haartrockner im Bad.

Super Lage mit einfachem Standard.

Frühstück eher einfach, kommt aber auf den Geschmack an würde ich sagen. Es gibt ein bisschen frisches Obst, ein bisschen Gemüse, eher mehr Gebäck (Kuchen, süsse Stücke, gefüllte Croissants), verschiedene Wurst und Käse. Wir waren im dritten Stock und hatten eine super Aussicht und einen großen Balkon. Der Garten bzw. die ganze Anlage ist schön, das ist eigentlich eine richtige Perle und die Lage ist super.

Für wirklich gesunde Ernährung war das Frühstück schwierig (z.B. keine Haferflocke oder zuckerfreie Zerialien). Das Hotel ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen - auch von der Dekoration :-)

Entspannter Urlaub

Sehr schöner Urlaub, Hotel ruhig gelegen, in die Stadt ca. 5 min.zu Fuß. Personal alle sehr nett. Schöne Poolanlage, Terrasse zum Frühstücken, Zimmer zweckmäßig und sauber , schönen Balkon mit Blick in den Garten . Wir haben es genossen, kommen gerne wieder👍🍹

Stromkabel mit Klebeband befestigt, Fremde Frauenunterwäsche an einem Kleiderhaken im Zimmer, welcher nicht entfernt wurde. Tropfende Klimaanlage. Defekte Türgriffe, welche nicht repariert wurden, obwohl zugesagt. Frühstück sehr übersichtlich, jeden Tag gleich. Tischdecken schmutzig. …….

Für eine Nacht okay

Sehr gute Lage, direkt an der Altstadt. Schöner Garten und Außenanlage. Großes, neu renoviertes Badezimmer.

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, während die Fußbodenheizung noch auf Volllast lief (bei Außentemperaturen von 25 Grad) - das Zimmer war daher eine Sauna. Der Kühlschrank hat leider unerträglich gesurrt und musste daher ausgesteckt werden. Hotel allgemein etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Insbesondere im Gang ist noch ein starker Rauchgeruch.
