I really love this la Cioca Residence♥️ Great location, beautiful surrounding and atmosphere with infront of the lake and beautiful breathtaking mountains ,Massimo (Owner) I don’t remember the name,but thank you!!! You are very helpful in every bit and from the moment we arrived you treated us very nicely and kindly ♥️ And you let us know about everything little detail about Malcesine ♥️ The villa was beautiful and It was clean, stylish, and Room was very comfortable and cleaned . And it’s very near to the city actually walk in distance!! And the private parking !! Thank you so much for everything!!♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️We were very pleased with the stay and I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. I love everything about this villa,Thank you so much Best Regards Luca and Chama

Very nice flat in perfect location in the beautiful city of Malcesine. Short way to city center and also short way to access the great walk-way along the sea. Host Massimo is extremely helpful. Strongly recommended

Wonderful stay, friendly host!

Massimo was a wonderful host. Very friendly and helpful. Provided us with bikes to use for the entirety of our stay free of charge. Modern, clean apartment. Great location walking distance from everything.

Very clean. Great location.

Not for light sleepers!! Or people wanting wifi in there room. There is absolutely no sound proofing. My neighbors were up until 1am and I could here then so clearly. Even when they were in the bathroom. And the people upstairs arose at 6am. There was also a mechanical unit in my room that made a loud abrupt grinding sound every 30 minutes or so and I was awakened throughout the night. I informed the owner and he did not acknowledge this issue. There was no wifi in the room. I informed the owner and he said the wifi was fine. There is no privacy at all with the other units. I was told checkout was at 11 and was rudely kicked out by the cleaning person at 10:45 trying to pack my bag. This was the worst hotel exeprience of my trip. I got only a few hours of sleep.

The location of the La Cioca apartments is absolutely beautiful with tall mountains in the background and clear view of vast blue lake in the front. Close to the town center, autobus station, restaurants and the supermarket. Ideally, one can walk across the town from this location. The property is very well maintained and the apartment was quite spacious. We went in winter and the room temperature was pleasant enough. The living room is tastefully decorated, the bedroom is super cozy and bathroom is really clean with a warm water shower. Above all, the apartment came with a well equipped kitchen which was really handy! Property also has safe and secure parking in the indoor garage. There is also a mid-size swimming pool with incredible views for guests to enjoy in non-winter months. The host is very polite and friendly person. They were considerate enough to manage small details like arranging umbrellas for us on a wet day. They also provided a lot of information about the local tourist spots, not to be found in any tourist guides. Overall, a very recommended stay!

Everything was almost impeccable with little to complain about! Just a minor suggestion would be to store some basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, oil, etc. which would help people looking to cook their own breakfast/meals. Someone staying for just a few nights might not bring along or buy these basic food items. Otherwise, the apartments are of highest standard and very much likeable!

Best location ever in Malcesine. Very cute house with a nice view on the lake. The flat was a bit vintage but super clean and with everything inside. It's a good value for the price.

Very little pressure in the shower but the owner told us that the bathrooms would be renovated soon.

Location was very good, close to everything but still quiet. Apartment was big and clean. In the kitchen there were all the kitchen tools you need for cooking. Owner was very nice and helpful.

Pretty place in a central location with beautiful views! Pet & Family friendly, lovely hosts.

The location is very nice, in a beautiful street, walking distance to the lake and with a beautiful view - on one side you can see Garda, on the other side the mountains. Nice terrace and garden, feels a bit like in a tropical place. The rooms were well equipped, the bathrooms very modern. The kitchen was well equipped with all you need and there was some heating which is great in November. The beds were ok, the sofa-bed is probably more for kids, adults might find it a uncomfortable. We could leave the car in a Garage under the house. Very pet friendly and the mother of the owner is a lovely lady! Thank you for everything!

Even though there was heating, it was a bit cold in the apartment, we would recommend slippers, the floor was very cold (of course: November!). We missed a Bialetti or espresso machine (there was a Bialetti, but it didn't work on the induction). However, there was a Filter-Coffee machine, which was alright.

Family run hotel in the heart of Malcesine

What's particularly great about the accommodation is its central location, because you can reach the centre of Malcesine in just two minutes. Free parking is provided by the private parking garage. The owner Massimo was very attentive and offered us free use of the pool and garage even after check-out. We will gladly come again.

The rooms were a bit outdated, but equipped with everything necessary.

Wunderbar zentral gelegene Unterkunft mit netten Empfang und Platz für die ganze Familie

Sehr freundlicher und zeitlich flexibler Empfang. Sehr Kinder- und Hundefreundlich. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit allem nötigen. Großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierteil. Sehr schönes Bad mit großer Dusche. Außenbereich liebevoll gemacht und toller Abendbeleuchtung. Sehr Zentrumsnah und der Parkplatz in der Garage ist super. Eng aber völlig ausreichend. 4 Fahrzeuge haben ohne Probleme Platz, mit mit Absprachen denke ich.

Leider hat die Heizung gesponnen und dauerhaft auf Vollgas geheizt. Da es die Nebensaison war aber noch in Ordnung, wenn man mit der Klima tagsüber dagegen angekämpft hat. Die mittlere Wohnung ist schön, aber für mich zu beengend ohne Fenster. Die Hitze staut sich im Schlafzimmer ein wenig weil die Klima vorne ist aber das ist meckern auf hohen Niveau.

Leider zu kurz, aber sehr schön.

Es war ein gute Unterkunft mit perfekter Lage, nur wenige Schritte bis in die Innenstadt. Das Auto findet einen Platz in der Garage und man kann es für den Aufenthalt im Grunde vergessen, denn alles ist sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Und wenn es auf die andere Seite des Sees gehen soll, kein Problem, die Schiffe stehen im Hafen bereit. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder. :)

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf den Garda - See

Die Unterkunft ist 1:1 wie auf den Fotos dargestellt, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber war stets sehr präsent und immer auf das Wohl seiner Gäste bedacht. Er hat auch das Angebot unterbreitet, gerne bei Bedarf die Handtücher wechseln zu können. Bei Fragen konnte man sich immer an ihn wenden. Malcesine ist ein ein wunderschöner Ort mit einer historischen Altstadt. Hier kann man durch verwinkelte Gassen schlendern und entdeckt immer wieder neue Ecken. Das Castell des Ortes ist ebenfalls einen Besuch wert. Rund um den See gibt es viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, die man auch ohne Auto erreichen kann. Es bietet sich der örtliche Nahverkehr an oder man nimmt einfach eines der Fahrgastschiffe. Lohnenswert ist z.B. auch ein Ausflug nach Verona oder eine Fahrt mit der Seilbahn auf den Monte Baldo.

Pobyt w tym apartamencie był absolutnie wyjątkowy! Spędziliśmy tu kilka dni wakacji ,apartament jest przestronny, gustownie urządzony i doskonale wyposażony – niczego nam nie brakowało. Każdy detal został przemyślany z dbałością o komfort gości.Z całego serca polecamy to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka idealnej bazy wypadowej na urlop – my na pewno tu wrócimy!
