The accommodation was overall comfortable and met our expectations. The hosts were very kind and helpful, and we appreciated the warm welcome. The location was convenient and within walking distance of the city center, which made exploring easy.

The only minor issue was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy, but otherwise everything was fine.

Superb

We visited in the fall season and had a very pleasant stay. The little apartment had the perfect size and the kitchen was equipped with all the basic amenities. Nice view of the lake from the balcony! There was a couple of bikes available for guests. Unfortunately, it was too chilly already to use the pool but it looked very promising for a stay during a warmer time of the year. Great for travelleres who come by bus, too, since the bus stop is just a few metres away.

Nice stay

The owner Marianne was very hospitable. The use of the 2 available new bicycles was a great bonus as the area is very much geared for cycling - mainly flat. Secure parking also a great bonus. Location beside a busy road could be a problem for some but wasn't for us - was quite at night. Location in Malcesine was excellent - 10 minutes along the lake to centre. Would stay here again.

Nothing apart saying that an electric kettle would be handy.

Marianne the owner was fantastic. The location was excellent. Just a few minutes walk to the lake front / beach. Only a 15 minute walk along the lake into the old Town. Our balcony was huge with views of the lake and swimming pool. My family (2 children 11 & 9) had plenty of space. The underground parking was convenient. I would definitely stay here again. Value for money.

Superb

Very good location: not far from the lake and a nice stroll along the lake into Malcesine. The landlady was very nice and kind. Great to have a space in the garage for our car. The traffic noise from the nearby street was quiet and didn't disturb us at all.

Luckily we brought our own chopping boards because the kitchen didn't have any.

Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Mariana hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt und man kann wunderbar auf der Terrasse sitzen oder liegen. Der Pool ist schön, wir haben diesen aber nicht genutzt. Perfekt ist das Parken in der Tiefgarage.Die Lage ist auch sehr schön und man kommt sehr schnell zu Fuß in die Stadt und zu den Restaurants. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und die Kommunikation mit Mariana sowie das ein-und auschecken war absolut problemlos.

Poteva andare meglio

La posizione molto buona, la vicinanza al lungolago e al centro di Malcesine. Posto auto in un garage privato ( anche se angusto).

Arredamento vecchio, da rimodernare. Dotazione della cucina senza neanche un tagliere. Cappa della cucina unta. Biancheria da bagno mai sostituita in 11 gg di soggiorno. In bagno 1 solo smilzo rotolo di carta igienica per 2 persone per 11 giorni. La stanza alla consegna aveva odore di chiuso come se non fosse stata aperta da tanto tempo o comunque non abbastanza.

ZA KRÓTKI. Wrócimy tam.

Basen na terenie obiektu - bezcenny. Zarządzająca, Pani Marianna - wcielenie uprzejmości, uczynności, wyrozumiałości . Poliglotka, w związku z tym nie było żadnych nieporozumień jezykowych. Apartamenty z Patio bardzo użyteczne, bowiem z sypialni " hop do basenu", co dla dwóch dorastających chłopaków buło frajdą największą.

Mysigt boende i mysig by med trevlig värdinna

Fin pool och trevlig strandpromenadväg in till byn. Bra med kyl (även om det tog en natt för den att komma ner i temp så vi trodde först den var trasig). AC funkade bra även om den var lite bullrig. Något bedagad men ändå mysig lägenhet. Trevlig värdinna.

Något långt från byn och en del vägbuller pga ligger precis vid genomfartsleden. Oerhört trångt parkeringsgarage. Det var inte läge att använda bilen förrän vi skulle vidare och då var det knappt vi kom ut.

Gute Lage in 10 Minuten den See nach war man im Zentrum

Wir mussten alle Kleider und Taschen waschen weil sie gestunken haben. Sehr schlecht Luft in der Wohnung wie seit den 70er nicht mehr gelüftet und 40 Jahre drin geraucht....

Das Appartement war super! Die Parkgarage, der Pool, der ablick auf den See!

Die Straße ist sehr dicht befahren, vor allem die Motorräder waren sehr laut.

A szállástól a városközpont kényelmesen néhány perc sétával megközelíthető. A szállásadó nagyon kedves, barátságos, segítőkész volt. Tisztaság rendben volt, jól felszerelt.

Mivel a főutca mellett helyezkedik el közvetlenül így annak a zaja kissé zavaró volt.

Zelo skromna ,pomankljiva oprema v kuhinji, umazana,zamascena napa, staro pohištvo smrdi po zatohlem cel apartma!!! Električni kabel v spalnici pri nočni lučki je nevaren, ni ozemljen, nepravilno izoliran! Tudi tuš kabina vratca kar plešejo po svoje,enako wc školjka...za ta denar ne nudijo dovolj!
