Very pleasent surprise and best hotel at Lago di Garda so far

We really liked this accommodation, so we were sorry that we could stay just one night. Although the furnishings of the room was old fashioned it was spotlessly clean and the room had a magnificent view of the lake. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was delicious - we travel to Italy really often for many years (it is our favourite country) - but this was perhaps best breakfast in Italy for a long time. We are sorry that we came to late to have a dinner in the hotel’s restaurant. I personally also enjoyed the inside pool.

Beautiful views, lovely pool area, with friendly staff.

All of the staff were great. Very kind and attentive. The views from our room balcony were beautiful. The air conditioning worked well during the hot summer days. The pool area was very nice and well maintained.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and the rooms need updating. It takes about 25 minutes to walk into Malcesine from the hotel.

Top place in Malcesine. 100% recomend.

Had a top floor suit so spoilt. Great view of lake amazing balcony room probably as good as we have ever stayed and we holiday a lot. Hard to fault. 100% recommend and we stay will again.

Just one thing proper bugged us so not bad at all. Céline Dion playing at breakfast over and over again. There was a little girl crying. I’d rather listen to her than Céline Dion. In fact, I think it was Céline Dion playing over and over again that made her cry it did me. It’s not breakfast music at all. Then Frank Sinatra playing in the evening again over and over all night oh my God, I used to like Frank Sinatra I don’t any anymore. Perhaps it was for the German guests. It certainly didn’t make this Brit happy. I just like normal rest stuff anything but Céline Dion and Frank Sinatra. When we stay again I will get them a new CD or subscription to Spotify :)

Great hotel with beautiful lake view

Really nice hotel with super friendly service and staff. Well sized rooms with sunchairs on balcony.Nice pool and bikes for rent. Tourist bus takes you into the center, unless you want to walk as we did (30 min).

Unfortunately very hard beds. Take your own hairdryer, the one in the bathroom is a joke.

Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Ich hatte eine Panne und alles wurde getan, sodass ich eine halbe Stunde später losfahren konnte, herzlichen Dank. Tolles Frühstück und Lokale Produkte. Grosse Auswahl. Super Massage, hatte selten so eine gute Massage.

Der Wellnessbereich ist eher lieblos gestaltet. Schönes Licht (evtl. Kerzenlicht/Laternen), Pflanzen und schönere Liegen würden ein schöneres Ambiente ergeben.

Nach der Umbuchung der Zimmer, eine tolle erholsame Woche.

Das Hotel war in einer sehr guten Lage.Das Personal war sehr entgegenkommend und sehr nett und freundlich.Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr reichhaltig und lecker,es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch das Essen im hoteleigenem Restaurant war sehr gut.Sowohl der Wellnessbereich als auch die Außenanlagen mit Pool waren sehr zu genießen.

Die Beschreibung des über Booking gebuchten Zimmers entsprach nicht den gebuchten Erwartungen. Uns wurde ein behindertengerechtes Zimmer angeboten, welches den Charakter eines Zimmers im Pflegeheim hatte. Dieses war auf der Website von Booking so nicht beschrieben. Wir haben uns dazu entschlossen ein wesentlich besseres uns angebotenes Zimmer mit erheblichen Aufschlag zu nehmen.

Piękny widok, słabe wyposażenie, zdecydowanie za drogo...

Największy atut tego hotelu – wspaniały widok na Jezioro Garda i majestatyczne Monte Baldo. Połączenie błękitnej tafli jeziora z potężnym masywem górskim tworzy spektakularną scenerię, w której Malcesine i jego zamek wyglądają bajkowo. Na dachu znajduje się taras widokowy z leżakami, jacuzzi i barem – idealne miejsce, by podziwiać krajobraz. Sam pobyt był miły i komfortowy. Hotel dysponuje parkingami (także podziemnym), ma baseny wewnętrzne i zewnętrzne, małą siłownię, spa, stoły bilardowe, możliwość wypożyczenia roweru i ładowania samochodów elektrycznych. Do centrum Malcesine jest ok. 2,5 km (spacerem ok. 30 minut). Śniadania są bardzo urozmaicone – właściwie każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Codzienny serwis pokoi obejmuje wymianę ręczników. Obsługa stara się zapewnić gościom udany pobyt.

Niestety, widać, że budynek ma już swoje lata (około 25) i w niektórych miejscach wymaga modernizacji. Meble i podłogi są mocno zużyte, a największym problemem okazały się ręczniki – stare, cienkie, postrzępione, od dawna nadające się do wymiany. Codziennie były zmieniane, ale niestety zawsze na takie same, co zdecydowanie psuło wrażenie z pobytu. Wystarczyłby prosty przegląd i wymiana zużytych ręczników, aby znacząco poprawić standard. Można przymknąć oko, na zdarty blat stołu, czy podrapaną podłogę. Jeśli jednak codziennie dostajesz stary ręcznik, to zabija to twoje miłe wrażenia z pobytu! Odnoszę wrażenie, że właściciele hotelu – rodzina Mazzoldi – prowadzą strategię maksymalizacji zysków przy minimalnych nakładach. To może się na nich szybko zemścić, bo wrażenia gości i opinie w internecie rozchodzą się błyskawicznie. A prawda jest taka, że ceny nie są adekwatne do oferowanej jakości. Zdecydowanie za drogo! 🤨

Es passt alles. Super Frühstück, super Seeblick, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir haben einige Male auch abends dort gegessen, das war auch hervorragend. Superschön ist auch die Dachterrasse mit Bar.

È stato un weekend indimenticabile, veramente rilassante e rigenerante, ed era quello che volevo!

Ho trascorso qualche giorno in questo splendido hotel con il centro commerciale benessere e ne sono rimasta davvero entusiasta. La struttura è elegante, curata nei minimi dettagli e immersa in un’atmosfera rilassante, perfetta per staccare dalla routine quotidiana. Il centro benessere è un vero gioiello: ambienti puliti, profumati, ben organizzati. Dopo pochi minuti ci si sente già rigenerati! Ma il vero punto di forza è stato il servizio. Tutto lo staff è stato impeccabile, ma voglio fare una menzione a Shady, un cameriere davvero professionale, attento e sempre con il sorriso, con molta gentilezza e alla cura per i dettagli. Tornerò sicuramente e consiglio questo posto a chi cerca relax, qualità e un’accoglienza calorosa.

ein sehr gelungener und schöner Aufenthalt im Hotel

Die Zimmer hatten eine schöne Größe, Ausstattung der Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch immer ausreichend vorhanden,- wenn etwas nicht mehr da war, wurde sofort nachgelegt. Hervorzuheben war, dass das Personal super freundlich und immer sehr hilfsbereit war.

es gab nichts was uns gestört hat, außer vielleicht, meine Frau reagiert auf Tierhaare extrem allergisch und wir denken, dass das Zimmer eventuell zuvor an jemanden mit Hunden vermietet war. Es waren doch einige Leute mit Ihren Hunden im Hotel abgestiegen.

Guter Aufenthalt mit kleinen Verbesserungswünschen

Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und lecker. Der Innenpool war angenehm beheizt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Hotel hat einen schönen Garten mit Bar und Terrasse. Die Aussicht auf den See war hervorragend.

Das Doppelbett bestand aus zwei zusammengeschobenen Einzelbetten die sich ständig verschoben und das Schlafen sehr unkomfortabel machten. Das Mobiliar im Zimmer ist schon älter jedoch war das Zimmer sehr sauber somit konnten wir darüber hinwegsehen.

Personale preparato, cordiale, solare, semplicemente impeccabile! Camere pulite ed ampie con dei balconi vista lago meraviglioso. Struttura bellissima, un angolo di paradiso. Assolutamente consigliato e non vediamo l’ora di tornarci!

Echt niet het geld waard…

Het personeel was wel heel aardig

Eenmaal in de kamer gaven ze aan dat de airco niet werkt… staat wel vermeld dat er airco aanwezig was en moesten we het raam maar openzetten. Het was enorm, enorm, enorm warm. Kon het raam niet openlaten wegens er enorm veel lawaai was van mensen en honden. Uiteindelijk heel erg slecht geslapen en om 23:20u weer wakker. Ik vond het allesbehalve €250 waard. Hadden we ook fish and chips besteld voor €16, lagen er een paar frietjes op en 4 nuggets die belachelijk vettig waren. Kan echt niet. Personeel was wel heel aardig maar interesseerde niet zoveel qua onze klachten

Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt

Frühstück war ok, aber nicht besonders. Sehr gut war die möglichkeit Eier frisch zubereitet zu bekommen. Zimmer war immer aufgeräumt uns sauber. Ausblick auf den See sehr schön. Da wir die Junior Siute genommen hatten, war auch der Whirlpool auf dem geräumigen Balkon sehr entspannend mit Blick auf den See

Leider wurde nich alle Kreditkarten akzeptiert, was ich bei der Preisklasse doch eigentlich als selbstverständlich ansehe. Da wohl auch noch Vorsaison war, war der Spa nicht besetzt.

Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis Schade ist nur die kleine Speisekarte am Abend. Wir hofften, dass sie wenigstens am dritten Tag gewechselt wird. Dem war leider nicht so. Wir gingen in ein anderes Hotel im Ort essen. Frühstück gut und umfangreich. Leider vermisste ich Gemüse (Tomaten, Paprika, Gurken). Gerade in Italien…..
