Perfect location just outside of malcesine. Nice to wake up to lake views every morning.

Its really the best hotel on lake garda, we just loved it, the view, the pool, the breakfast, everything was great.

Attention when you drive up from the garage stay at the right side otherwise you will touch the ground with the car. I think the receptionist should tell this to all the guests at the check in than its no problem.

Avoid at all cost!

Didn’t like much about the property only the location

Staff were very rude to us I think it’s because we were English all the German travellers got treated very well. Our bed sheets had stains on, we couldn’t open our door fully in the bathroom it was so so small and very dark. Car parking was a nightmare only having a few car parking spaces and they were very very small and tight every time you went out you came back and couldn’t park. My son asked for a pool towel and got refused as we had one yesterday. Very rude owners or managers of the hotel we go to lake Garda twice a year and this is the worst hotel. We had a early flight on departure day but we were not aware that no one would be around for us to pay our bill at 7:30am. Please do not stay here it will ruin your holiday.

Perfect location, right next to the lake. The room was modern and comfortable. The restaurant pizza was the best that we have had in Italy!!

A little over priced for the size of the room. The shower was very small but everything else was great.

Hotel Rosa - 100% recommended

Rooms are directed straight to the lake, and the lake is incredible! There’s a pool too with good view to the lake too. The food is very good, local and fresh!

Little to cozy if it comes to hotel interior. Corridors are not so easy to walk with large luggage.

We would return to this hotel, overall we loved our holiday in this lovely bay and nearby boat hire.

Location was amazing, right on the lake. The restaurant, the breakfast terrace, underground parking with lift directly to all floors of the hotel. Everthing was clean. Masks were worn when needed as per rules. Roof terrace very spacious and swimming pool area with a view of lake and mountains. Breakfast and dinner pretty good. One dinner in particular was very good and our waitress Paola was nice. Our room was second floor lake and mountain view with terrace. Amazing view. Bedroom was good. Bed a little short if you are tall.

The bathrom is too narrow and therefore the shower and toilet and drying yourself is rather impractical. Hot water was somewhat of an issue , sometimes it was just tepid which the manager explained was because the boiler was at the other end of the hotel from our room. But we spoke about it and it was better the next day The wall tube style hairdryer works but gets rather hot holding the tube so perhaps if you are going to be drying long hair, consider bringing your own.

BED BUGS IN THE ROOM !!!

The view on the lake is stunning with the easy access to the water

BED BUGS WARNING!!! Our room was infested by bed bugs, it is a shame!!! we stayed 2 nights in this hotel, after the second night I noticed that I had been attacked on my whole body by bed bugs (legs, hands, back, arms and even my face!) I said it to two employees at the hotel when leaving (the day I noticed all the spots on my body), the first one laughed at me saying that it was nothing to worry about and the second one looked a little bit concerned but they did not have any gesture. My brother has also been attacked but less than me. We came from our home before so it is not possible that the bed bugs come from elsewhere. I hope they will sanitize their room and I most definitely hope that I will not bring to my home

Kunne kanskje vært noe nærmere sentrum. Trang parkering for oss som hadde noe stor bli Audi A7 personalet under middagene kunne godt behersket engelsk noe bedre For mange store hunder. vi var klar over det stod dyrevenlig ,men ble overrasket over mange hunder. kona mi har i tillegg alergi mot hunder noe som vi tror vært medvirkende til at hun var noe "tett" i pusten

Es war sehr klein und sehr modern eingerichtet mit einem Superblick auf den See. Das Personal war Mega freundlich. Das Restaurant im Erdgeschoss hatte eine super Auswahl. Die Anbindung zu Fuß nach Malcesine war sehr fein.

Kleines familiäres Hotel, in dem man sich richtig wohl fühlt

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Lage direkt am See mit einem tollen Pool, in dem man sehr schön schwimmen kann. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt Auch das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker.

Unser Zimmers war sehr schön eingerichtet, allerdings war es etwas klein und hatte keinen richtigen Kleiderschrank. Man musste sich gut organisieren, um alles unter zubekommen. Das Frühstück hätte etwas reichhaltiger sein können, war aber für italienische Verhältnisse okay.

Alles in allem aber ein schöner Aufenthalt mit top Lage und gutem Essen

Das Beach Hotel Rosa liegt direkt am wunderschönen Gardasee – die Lage und die Aussicht sind wirklich traumhaft. Auch das Essen ist hervorragend, sehr lecker. Ebenso auch das Frühstück war für uns super ausreichend. Das Personal war freundlich, könnte aber stellenweise etwas aufmerksamer sein.

Die Zimmer sind leider schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, ziemlich klein und besonders das Bad fällt sehr eng aus. Auch das Bett war für unseren Geschmack zu hart. Das Parkhaus ist zwar ein Pluspunkt, da es überhaupt eines gibt, allerdings extrem eng und schwer zu befahren.

Es war einfach toll und wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Die Unterkunft, das Personal, die Lage war alles super. Auch das Frühstück war jeden Tag unterschiedlich und sehr lecker. Alle waren stets sehr hilfsbereit und überaus freundlich. Wir waren mit Hund unterwegs und auch dies war für das Hotel kein Problem und alle waren sehr hundelieb.

Das Zimmer in dem wir gewohnt haben, war recht klein aber ausreichend für eine Woche.

entspannte Atmosphäre und sehr sauber

Sehr schöne Lage, direkt am See, die Terrasse des Restaurants mit direktem Seeblick 😍 lediglich durch eine einspurige wenig befahrene Straße getrennt, das Essen im Restaurant abends war sehr lecker, mit dem Bus ist Malcesine in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, wenige Minuten zu Fuß zur Bushaltestelle Hunde erlaubt

Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten zum Berg, der Blick ging auf einen Stein direkt hinter dem Fenster, keine Aussicht, daher würde ich immer ein Seeblickzimmer buchen! Zudem ist die Straße oberhalb des Hotels stark befahren und stört den Schlaf! Insgesamt ist es im Zimmer sehr hellhörig, am besten Ohropax mitnehmen.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, torneremmo volentieri

Posizione eccellente, cortesia e pulizia ottime. Peccato non aver avuto una camera con vista lago ma non erano più disponibili al momento della prenotazione. Molto comodo anche il garage sottostante e la passeggiata che porta fino a Malcesine che parte da sotto l'hotel. Ben gestita anche la piscina e le sdraio in spiaggia (peccato che qualche maleducato lasci per ore i propri asciugamani a presidiare le sdraio quando non utilizzate)

Colazione nel complesso ottima soprattutto per la parte salata. Sul dolce (croissant / torte) avrei gradito più scelta e prodotti locali

Sehr freundliches Personal, wunderschöner Ausblick auf der Terrasse und nette Dachterrasse (unsere Entschädigung für den fehlenden Balkon) tolles Frühstück (inklusive) und Abendessen. Schöner gepflegter Pool, nicht überlaufen. Parkgarage.

Sehr, sehr enge Parkgarage (aber es wird eine Alternative angeboten). Tisch für's Abendessen muss (!) reserviert werden. Leider sehr kleines Zimmer mit sehr kleinem Bad (hatten allerdings ganz kurzfristig gebucht).

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit verschmerzbaren Kritikpunkten

Der Pool Bereich ist sehr schön gestaltet, alles ist sauber, das Restaurant ist sehr sehr lecker und das Personal wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Zimmer inkl. Bad ist extrem klein, es gibt kaum Ablageflächen und die Ausstattung wie das gesamte Hotel wirkt schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Außerdem ist es sehr hellhörig.

Wij hadden 2 enkele bedjes gekozen en ook gekregen, maar de bedjes zijn toch wel aan de smalle kant. (80cm breed)

Hotel für Paare ohne Kinder und sportliche Ambitionen eher ungeeignet.

Super schöne Lage, außergewöhnlicher Blick vom Balkon auf den See! Deshalb waren wir schon dreimal dort. Letztes Mal vor ca. 10 Jahren. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Swimmingpool schön und sauber. Essen im Restaurant gut. Reservierung notwendig. Insgesamt Umgebung sehr schön.

Zimmer sehr, sehr klein und abgewohnt, aber sauber. Betten sehr unbequem. Das Bad unzumutbar klein. Keine Ablage in der Dusche für Persönliches. Öfter mal Stromausfall!!! In den Pfingst-Ferien sehr, sehr laut, viel Hundegebell, Kindergeschrei und immer wieder Zusammenkünfte von Surf- und Segelgruppen, die bis bis nachts im Restaurant sitzen. Schlaf erst ab Mitternacht möglich. Öffentlicher Busverkehr teilweise sehr unpünklich!! Mit 1 Std. Verspätung!

Hotel in guter Lage, Essen und Personal sehr gut, Zimmer ohne Erholungseffekt!

Sehr gute Lage, Malcesine zu Fuß erreichbar. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit reichlich Auswahl.

Zimmer war extrem hellhörig, man hört alles durch Wand und Tür - Bad ungewöhnlich klein. Unser Ausblick war eine Steinmauer mit Wärmepumpe- da lässt man die Jalousien gerne geschlossen. Parken auf den engen Stellflächen in der Garage fast unmöglich, hier schüttelte in der Garage fast jeder den Kopf.

Die Lage in der Bucht ist top, nettes Personal, gute Küche!

Sehr kleine Zimmer mit 13 m2 und winzige Bäder, in den man sich kaum umdrehen kann. Das Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig, vor allem der Restaurantbetrieb auf der Terasse ist bis Mitternacht sehr laut und auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern sehr stark hörbar.
