Wonderful week at Park Hotel Val di Monte

What a fabulous hotel! Loved the mountain/ pool view from the balcony of our comfortable, modern room. Looked forward to the amazing breakfast and evening meal each evening served by friendly, efficient waiting staff! Would highly recommend!

The only downside was getting to Malcesine if, like us, you didn't have a car. There was a really steep path going down the hill (half hour walk) and although there was a minibus it was very infrequent and there was no guarantee of getting on (as happened to us) A hotel courtesy bus would be of great benefit!

Completely bad experience

Premises were nice

Location is at the top of the mountain with dangerous curves. The AC is not strong. It was August and extremely hot. The ac barely lowered the temperature and it would not work if windows were opened. We arrived at night, we stayed by the pool after breakfast and the receptionist was extremely rude. Apparently breakfast was all served early, after a few hours of sitting at the tables, cakes, bread was dry and hard. Eggs were old and cold.

A perfect stay with amazing views, friendly staff, and delicious food – we would love to come back!

Wonderful location with a beautiful terrace where we enjoyed breakfast every morning, stunning views, everything very clean. The staff were all so kind and helpful – the brother and sister working as waiters and the barman were always smiling and welcoming. Delicious food as well! At the end of our stay we received a lovely surprise from the hosts – a beautiful calendar for next year with stunning photos of Malcesine and Lake Garda. Truly a wonderful gesture! We highly recommend visiting this place.

it shows on booking .com it is 900m from the main resort this hotel is at the top of a mountain .This is very misleading and without a car you are stranded . I would like an explanation to this please

Disappointment

Big balcony Bathroom Ok

Location was very far away from Malcesine city. Car is necessety. No services around (restaurants etc.) Air condition was not available during the daytime. Room’s decorations was very poor and pillows were extremely hard. Breakfast was very limited. View wasn’t what was promised (the lake was bearly seeable).

Nice hotel with splendid view

well positioned overlooking malcesine, with a nice pool in relaxing and green surroundings. Beautiful view and large balcony. The suite is worth the added cost with a large round bed and a whirl-bathtube. good breakfast and friendly service.

poor breakfast (large variety for ordinary swets but of you are really hungry in the morning only eggs and cheese and bread can help) our jacuzzi not worked room nor too clean veird mode to arrange a hotel camera toi oricely for what offered

Great family vacation spot

Loved the all inclusive property - big playground, pool and plenty of structures to please toddlers. Our room was big and had plenty of space for the kid. The restaurant served good food too. Loved our stay and would love to come back.

Amazing breakfast and helpful staff. Spacious garden with a swimming pool which makes the stay suitable for families with children.

The room on our side was quite noisy at night since it was situated close to the road. But as I was told, most of the rooms are with the view over the garden.

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage, alles sauber und freundliches Personal.

Badetücher gegen Gebühr, Hotellage ist zu beachten wenn man zu Fuß in den Ortskern möchte. Uns wurden aber direkt Taxi-Rufnummern an der Rezeption ausgehändigt

Perle am Monte Baldo

Super nettes Personal, sehr schöne Ausstattung der Zimmer und blitzsauber. Es wurden sogar Sonderwünsche erfüllt - zum Frühstück. Auch der hoteleigene Parkplatz war immer verfügbar. Alles in allem können wir nur empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub dort. Die Lage, Aussicht, die Ausstattung der Zimmer, der Pool und der Garten alles super. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Das Essen im Hotel war sehr lecker, vorallem das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es war für jeden etwas dabei. Gastgeber und Personal super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Sauberkeit im Hotel.

Es gibt keinerlei Kritik. Hotel ist nur zu empfehlen!!!

Me gustó todo… desde la habitación, hasta la piscina. Si hay que poner un “pero” es que creo que no había vestuarios ni servicios en la zona de piscina. O tal vez yo no los localicé.
