lovely place

Lovely place to stay. You have everything you need in the kitchen and in the house. Location was great and close to the centre. The host was incredibly helpful and kind. We regretted not staying there longer.

Amazing location! Couldn’t have been better. Beautiful view of the lake right in front of us! Great to have a balcony overlooking the view too. The owner couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Lovely and clean.

It can’t be helped but the toilet flush was very loud! The mattress and pillows were very very hard, so unfortunately that was uncomfortable for our 3 nights there. I guess it’s not a problem if you like a hard mattress and pillow though!

Excellent place for a couple to stay

The helpful owner who picked up our bags at the bus station, gave us lots of good advise. The views, the air con and free bicycles to use.

Beautiful stay couldn’t of asked for more.

The view, the balcony the aircon and the closeness to the town and lake. The apartment was modern and very clean it had everything we needed even had free use of the bicycles in the garage and the owner was brilliant in explaining everything to use and giving us some information on the best things to do in the area…very accommodating. I will be bringing the rest of my family back here for sure.

Very clean, fully equipped kitchen, awesome balcony with beautiful view of lake. Very quiet. Close to town & restaurants. Bikes were available for use.

Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Close to the lake shoreline so you can stroll along the lake side or ride a bicycle and stop at cafe's along the way for coffee or something to eat or drink. Also parking available. Apartment had a kitchen and facilities for cooking your on food if you wanted to. Constantino was so helpful and generous. Bikes available to ride and free washing for clothes.

Can't really think of anything, perhaps have salt, pepper and sugar available.

Comfortable stay at this apartment

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, very clean inside and around the villa, walking distance to the central town Malcesine. As a nice bonus, we have been provided with bicycles for free, which we used for evening rides on the esplanade. Many thanks to senor Constantino.

Fabulous stay in a lovely clean apartment with a fantastic host.

Travelling as a party of 3 the 2 studio apartments were perfect as they had their own entrance. The apartments were fully equipped with all we needed and they both had lovely views of the lake. The owner of the apartment was very helpful both before we arrived and while we were there, helping us with bus timetables and arranging taxis. We also had free use of bikes which was a fantastic way to explore a little further around the lake.

The property was spotlessly clean and Constantino was an excellent host. He was very helpful and attentive. The location was very good - we could swim in the swimming pool, swim in the lake and walk into town within 5 minutes. The photos didn't do the property justice.

Location is very good, close to harbour, pedestrian street, lift to Monte Baldo. Brilliant views from the balcony. All you need for a holiday!

Very central and cosy apartment.

Parking was easy and safe. Check in and out smooth as can be. Mr. Cressotti is very kind and helpful. Borrowing of bikes are also easy. The location is very central. Close to the town hub and the super market. We‘ll definitely be back again. To be highly recommended!

Amazing location overlooking the lake & 5mins walk to the town, bars & restaurants. Great sized apartments with everything you need Included. Could do with some updating but still very good. The pool is not actually located at this property, it is at its sister property which is down the road. A bit misleading on the advert as it doesn’t say this.

Gute Lage, schnell erreichbar, schöne Unterkunft, hundefreundlich. Sehr zufrieden!

Schöne Wohnung, toll eingerichtert. Sitzgelegenheit auf dem Balkon mit tollen Blick oder im Schatten hinter dem Haus, fanden wir gut. Lage sehr nah am See und nur ein paar Gehminuten zu den Geschäften/Restaurants. Viel Platz um Ebikes (+Hundehänger) sicher unterzustellen und zu laden. Sehr netter Betreiber. Kommen gerne wieder.

Auf den mitbenutzbaren Pool, den ich bei Buchung auf Bildern gesehen hatte, wurde erst hingewiesen auf Nachfrage, nicht schlimm. Man hat den größeren "Pool" direkt vor der Tür.

Toller Urlaub in einer tollen Wohnung an einem tollen See!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich schön, sehr gut gelegen und hat einen wundervollen Ausblick auf den See. Der Vermieter ist ein super freundlicher Mann, der sich sehr viel Mühe gibt. ☺️ Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir direkt für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht haben.

WIr hatten eine tolle Woche

Wir waren zu Zweit in der Wohnung 1 und hatten hierdurch super viel Platz zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, hat eine Klimaanlage und ist sehr gut gelegen. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist, dass man zum Pool zu einer anderen Anlage ca. 300 m gehen muss. Doch das war gut möglich. Der Balkon ist wunderschön mit traumhaftem Blick auf den See. Allerdings ist er etwas schmal und hat einen kleinen Tisch mit 3 Stühlen. Zum Essen draußen ist er dadurch nicht für mehr als 3 Personen geeignet, es sei denn, man stellt zwei separate Tische. Wie gesagt, für uns war alles perfekt. Malcesine bietet viel und man kommt überall zu Fuß hin. Insgesamt hat uns unser Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wieder das gleiche Appartement wieder wählen. Der Gastgeber ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. DANKE an dieser Stelle!

Das Appartement Nr. 1 ist eine sehr gute Ferienwohnung. Die Einrichtung ist modern und komfortabel. Auf dem Balkon blickt man direkt auf den See. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Der Vermieter ist zudem sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.Ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Bis zum Zentrum von Malcesine läuft man 5 Minuten.

Appartamento spazioso con cucina enorme e letti matrimoniali comodi e ottima pulizia, con tavoli e sedie per esterno. Ottima posizione dal lungo lago e centro storico da Malcesine. Parcheggio gratuito con possibilità di parcheggiare bici. Staff sempre disponibile e cortese per ogni esigenza.
