Tranquil stay with all amenities on the doorstep

The staff were amazing, friendly, professional and very efficient. A special thank you to Eddy and Antonia for assisting us with transfer tickets to the airport. The location of the hotel was in the heart of the town and we really appreciated the upgrade of the room which was very comfortable and spacious and discount at dinner was an added bonus.

Perfect and charming hotel

We really like the hotel. Very comfortable, nice breakfast, perfect location even if the parking lot stays a little bit far from the hotel, but we love to walk. And the city of Malcesine is quite charming.

Great hotel - location, staff and food!

The location of this hotel is fantastic - right in the middle of the centre. The hotel's restaurant is so good and guests get a discount. We ate most of our meals here. We got the breakfast included in our room rate and it had everything you could want. The room was clean and comfortable for two people. The staff were so welcoming and kind. Hands down I'd stay here again!

Great hotel with everything you need — a good restaurant, friendly staff, and a fantastic location close to everything.

Free sparkling water - in the hot weather, it was exactly what we needed. Despite being in the old city center, the hotel was surprisingly quiet; we couldn’t hear the crowds. It was a nice gesture to receive a 10% discount as hotel guests in the restaurant.

Double-check your doors to make sure they’re locked. Once, the system didn’t work and we didn’t realize the doors weren’t actually locked.

Location was perfect, easy to come and go and the perfect base to explore. Room and bathroom were a good size, great balcony and spotless. Staff polite. Free parking a short stroll away.

Excellent location, very close to everything! Staff was super friendly and breakfast was great. The roof top restaurant is not to be missed - great food, awesome service and amazing views. Also really liked the nearby secure parking that the hotel offered. Stay here if you’re going to Malcesine!

our room (304) had a bath and would of liked a shower. did not know you had to ask reception to put air conditioning on. Can be a bit noisy at night, but to be expected if in the centre

Go to Malcesine, but do not stay in this hotel.

Poor service, staff very unpolite. Good location and clean but if you book with booking you will be treated poorly. Very difficult to get to the hotel on a Saturday morning, no willingness to support with indications on where to park or what to visit. Again, very good location but very unpolite and unpleasant staff. I have a 3 yrs. old that had to sleep with us because they did not give us a small bed (we were willing to pay a supplement).

Amazing location close to everything, lots of restaurants around and the hotel has a restaurant of its own. Just a couple of minutes walk to bus stop and ferries. Nice staff. Breakfast available in the morning, quite basic hotel breakfast buffet. The hotel has a rooftop terrace!

Perfect stay to get away for the weekend

The location is perfect. You can walk throughout the city center. Full of restaurants and cafes around it. They also have the town market a few steps from the hotel. The best of this hotel is its location and their staff, very helpful to any request. Thank you!

Parking is quite far from the hotel. You have to walk about 20 minutes and also finding the parking is not easy, even if the hotel staff gives you written instructions to get there, it is difficult to find the parking entrance.
