The location was perfect and within walking distance of everything - 30 seconds to the Lake and many restaurants. I went off peak in March and so many things were closed, including the restaurant hotel some nights though. But the room was spacious and the staff were very friendly.
The breakfast was modest but the pistachio croissants were amazing!
There are only thin sheer curtains and also noises from the pipes so a pair of ear plugs and an eyemask is needed!

The staff were amazing, friendly, professional and very efficient. A special thank you to Eddy and Antonia for assisting us with transfer tickets to the airport. The location of the hotel was in the heart of the town and we really appreciated the upgrade of the room which was very comfortable and spacious and discount at dinner was an added bonus.

Poor service, staff very unpolite.
Good location and clean but if you book with booking you will be treated poorly.
Very difficult to get to the hotel on a Saturday morning, no willingness to support with indications on where to park or what to visit.
Again, very good location but very unpolite and unpleasant staff.
I have a 3 yrs. old that had to sleep with us because they did not give us a small bed (we were willing to pay a supplement).
The staff, unpolite, rude, very bad.
