Perfect, just perfect.

Marco and Matteo created the perfect product - I've stayed for the second time and every aspect of the stay is exceptional - from the quality of facilities, the staff, quality and selection and wines and the PERSONAL TOUCH. I do travel a lot and stay in 5* quite a bit - but this hotel is really remarkable. I am still impressed. And - those guys work very hard to get there, you can tell.

Best on the lake. No question.

The staff is amazing and the location cannot be beat. We were able to walk everywhere, which was so convenient. Our beds were very comfortable and the breakfast they offer is one of the best we’ve ever experienced. This is a very special place.

The restaurant staff seemed rather flat . A shame that even though the sun shone all day the Living Well suite sun beds and private area we were in remained in shade all day.

Nice fresh place but with grumpy/tired of everything staff

Location, in the center but quietly among the most l other hotels in Garda area - this hotel is fresh, with big suits, and coffee and water are at hand during the day

Staff, low quality of service : all the waitresses at breakfast were grumpy/ unfriendly/tired like they've been working for 10 shifts in a raw, I've never felt such uncomfortable being there in the semi lux suite you're not getting a bucket of ice, for example, and all other our asks for something were left unmeet + overcrowded at breakfast "rush hour", like you really have to wait a place to seat

A very relaxing stay with great facilities and close to all that we wanted to see. We will be back.

We loved our room, it's location and the aircon was a god send. The breakfasts were amazing. We loved the lawned area we could chill in by the lake and also that there was a bar service on the lawned area.

Shower in the bathroom was a bit small. Everything else was perfect.

High end hotel with everything you wish for

Amazing hotel that is extremely well located in the center of the village were everything is close. The hotel is high standing not an average hotel. The hotel staff are very nice and helpful, there's also lots of free sweets in the lobby lol The breakfast is superb and the best we had in Garda.

Parking can be full sometimes but staff always help to find a solution.

First class hotel with great views, great service, and modern, comfortable rooms

Great location in the lakefront with great castle views. The hotel was a short walk to all the restaurants and shops in the town. Marco and Emanuele were fantastic hosts, very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fabulous, with great service. There was ample free parking on site. We liked the hotel so much we stayed an extra night and upgraded our room.

Fantastic location and great Lake Garda choice

The hotel was in a fantastic location, walkable to all of Malcesince and the gondola to the top of the mountain. The hotel staff were great and the room was clean and had a great view and balcony. The breakfast bar was fantastic.

The room had a strong smell of cleaner or air freshener that took a while to dissipate, but it was fine after we aired it out.

Perfect place to stay in Malcesine, Italy

The hotel's advertising does not tell how great the Suite rooms really are. Great views, quite rooms, a breakfast buffet that is fit for for both the health conscience and the glutton. Very friendly staff and located on the edge of old town.

We loved everything but if there is one item I could change it would be putting a screen door on the sliding door so we could enjoy the lake air without worrying about a fly getting in the room. BUT sitting out on the patio made us forget about having no screen :)

The breakfast was amazing. We loved the location, as it is next to the castle and old city. The room was small by US standards, but everything was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. They have kayaks for use of hotel guests, which was a nice bonus. We would definitely stay there again!

Nice but pricey

The location was very nice, close to the centre of the town on foot and with a not very crowded water access. The funicular to the mountain was also very near. There were plenty of lounge chairs in front of the hotel and you could try out paddle boarding or kayaking for free. The breakfast was amazing and offered a huge variety of options. The restaurant was nice but we found better options in town.

For what it was, it was extremely expensive. I have visited other popular touristic destinations in Italy and none were as expensive for such basic levels of accommodation as the twin room here was. The twin room was small, didn’t even have a table or much space around the bed. The bathroom was also very tiny, including the most basic shower stall where you can’t even bend over. The junior suite had its own teracce, whirlpool, it had a much larger bathroom, sofa and much more space overall. But still, it was way more expensive than we would expect for what it was. They also offer free coffee and water fountains to the people in junior suites, not to the commoners in the twin rooms though. Overall it seems like the whole area caters solely to old German speaking tourists.
