Memorable Stay in a Family Environment

The hotel was very clean in every area, common and in the room. Breakfast was outstanding: Erika and her family were very kind and proactive in offering every morning some fresh juice, made on the spot, eggs, coffee made with Moka machine, and the buffet was super-delicious. Home-made cakes, pastries, yoghurts were always available. The garden is cozy and well kept. A great spot for relaxing under the shade. The hotel is 2 minutes' walk from the medieval center, in a very quiet street. Me and my sone felt like we were part of a big family, it was really nice! I recommend it and I will certainly come back.

A little haven!

Everything. It was outside the old town setting but as close as 5mins walk away. Easy parking inside and out. Great air con as we were there during a heat wave. Breakfast was amazing. Fresh juices, jams. Amazing choices. As gluten intolerant I had many choices. Thanks, Erika and Laura for a great stay.

Perfect place to enjoy Lake Garda

Hotel Erika is perfectly situated to enjoying restaurants, shopping, and enjoying the lake. There is parking (for a fee and needs reservation) that was easy to access, so we could use our car during our stay. The breakfast was amazing- served in a beautifully decorated room with many selections including freshly cooked eggs and fresh squeezed juice. Most of all, Erika is simply the best host. She is so lovely and kind, and she truly cares about each guest in her hotel.

We didn’t know what to expect but once we checked in we were wowed at every turn!!!

The breakfast was phenomenal and so healthy! The bedroom was comfortable and clean with airconditioning- much needed at night during heat wave. Erika was so helpful with restaurants and directions! Short walk to water and to gondola (highly recommend). Wish we had stayed longer and sat out on the patios more!

Erika runs a beautiful hotel and goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as she can. The breakfast was incredible, so fresh and homemade cakes everyday

The host Erika, her mother and sister were fantastic and so sweet. Erika provided excellent restaurant recommendations and even some for our next leg of our trip to Verona. The hotel was a great experience and would definitely stay there again!

Very nice hotel in a great location

Very nice hotel with lovely breakfast each morning and excellent service. The room was great - very clean and had all the amenities. The hotel is also in a great location - very close to shops, restaurants and the cable car.

It was a fine comfortable stay

Location: It was near the town’s center and close to the tele-cabin to the mountain. Parking: there is a large garage beneath the hotel where we could safely park our car. Cleanliness: the room and bathroom were clean.

There was no elevator, carpet on the floors and the tv was oddly placed in the room (top left corner of the ceiling which made it hard to watch tv).

Lovely accommodation in great location - delcious breakfast!

Such a beautiful hotel in a beautiful town! We absolutely loved our stay. Very comfortable rooms with lovely bathroom and a little balcony. The breakfast was delicious and so much selection! Very impressive! Erika was lovely and even helped us with a restaurant recommendation and we can’t wait to return!

Erika is a lovely owner/hostess. It's a lovely quiet little hotel, conveniently located right across the street from old Malcesine. Breakfast was amazing.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable, it's an adjoined twin making a double. It did not spoil the stay though.

Exceptional

Erika made us feel like old friends and attended to our every need. The genuine care and concern she shows guests is phenomenal. The breakfast was exceptional! So fresh and the variety was unmatched to anywhere else we stayed while visiting Italy. Location is close walking to sights, dining and the Lake. We'll be back and highly recommend Hotel Erika

Erika was amazing! Very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Could tell Erika loved to make an effort and you could tell this through her finishing touches. The homemade cakes her mum made was a nice surprise each morning

Superb

Location was great, basically across the street from entry to the old town, hotel and rooms were clean and maintained well, breakfast was presented in a very attractive way, in a beautiful room with a huge selection. Hotel hostess was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

Pillows were very hard and made it somewhat uncomfortable to sleep on. Also, the room we were in had no reading lamps. The lights that were meant to be reading lights directed their light straight out, but not towards the bed.

The best place to stay in Malcesine, hands down!

This place is awesome! The location can't be beat--easy walking distance to Old Town and the cable car, but with its own parking garage. The facilities were spotless, comfortable, and gorgeous. The staff was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful (Erika is amazing!) There also is a cute bar and courtyard serving drinks most of the day until 10pm. On top of all of that, the breakfast was incredible--really delicious, with a huge selection. We hope to stay here again!

A minor point given how great this place is, but the air-conditioning is on a timer and shuts off in the morning, even if you're still there in bed...we were there during a heat wave, so that woke us up each morning. It's understandable given the high costs of electricity/gas/utilities this year, but perhaps the morning shut-off time could be increased until check-out, or slightly later than right after sunrise. Nevertheless, we'd still choose Hotel Erika again...the many positives definitely outweigh this one small issue.

Amazing hotel

The owner Erika was super nice. The breakfast was probably the best we ever had! We fell in love with the details like the changing table sets, the apron of Erika and the choice of cheese. The room was super clean and comfortable, also the shower was super nice. The location was more than perfect: close to the city (like 3 minutes on foot), but not too near so you could sleep without the noise from the city. We will definitely come back!
