A lovely stay overall — comfortable, well-located, with friendly staff

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Diana. The hotel is new, very clean, and beautifully designed, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome and taken care of. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the city center, which made it easy for us to explore and enjoy the local sights, restaurants, and shops. Despite its central location, the hotel is in a quiet area, so we had peaceful nights of rest. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good selection of fresh and tasty options in a pleasant setting. It was a great way to start each day. Overall, our stay at Hotel Diana was a lovely experience, and we would highly recommend it to couples or anyone visiting the area. We look forward to coming back!

As the hotel is newly opened, there are still a few small details that could be adjusted or improved, but nothing that affected the overall quality of our stay. We’re sure these will be taken care of in time.

It’s recently renovated, excellent location and lovely pool and open bar facilities

Great little place & amazing views

We were given a 3rd floor room on the side of the building which meant we had a mountain & lake view! Also no other balconies over looking us. Staff were really friendly & room was clean. The location is perfect for super short walks in to town & right next to bus station.

There was no air con (which we knew before we left) there was a fan but during a heatwave this didn’t help. Rooms could do with an upgrade. Would also be great if they added tea & coffee facilities in the room. Bell tower sounds at 8am every morning…. Be warned if you’re looking for lie ins!

I had to open/lock the main door to the hotel after 6 pm Single bed was too short for my tall body (I am 189 cm and my feet would end up outside of bed unless I slept from corner to corner.

Finger weg von diesem Hotel!

We can only advise against this hotel! The price / performance ratio doesn't fit at all, the service is a disaster and the hotel management is outrageous. During our trip in Italy we had booked a double room for about 150 € in the hotel for one night at short notice in the morning. We checked in at 12:30 pm and at 3:00 pm we decided to leave the hotel. We have never been offered anything like this as a room before. The carpeting was totally dirty, the furniture belonged to the bulky waste and the bathroom should have been renovated 30 years ago. To take 150 € for this is outrageous. But not only that. When we asked the receptionist how to open the safe, we were told that the caretaker had been missing for some time and that no one could help us. A safe in the room that could not be used as it was broken .... We immediately turned to booking because of a complaint and a corresponding refund. However, we were referred to the hotel management. However, the latter rejects any guarantee and claims that they could not have rented the room again that day. We are still waiting for a confirmed response after consulting booking.

Great location with free parking. Nice choice on the breakfast.

Such a old fashion room and equipment. We paid for a room with mountain view but we saw only fence with a lot of bushes. I was very disappointed.

Hotel piccolo, ma splendido e dotato di ogni comfort

L'hotel è nuovissimo, completamente ristrutturato in stile moderno, in una via tranquilla e silenziosa a due passi dalla piazza principale. Ho apprezzato moltissimo la cortesia della gestione e il fatto di aver accordato la colazione anticipata in concomitanza di una gara podistica.

Era tutto perfetto, peccato aver soggiornato una sola notte!

Sehr herzliche Begrüßung, toller Blick auf die Stadt und den See inkl. Sonnenuntergang Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr groß. Die Betten sind super bequem. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Parkplätze ausreichend verfügbar. Klare Empfehlung - wir kommen gern wieder

Sehr modernes, neu renoviertes Haus. Interessant für Innenarchitekturfans. Praktischer Zugang zum Aufzug von außen mit einem Zugangscode. Einige Parkplätze direkt vorm Haus, noch viele weitere einige Meter weiter in einem Olivenhain. Imposanter Ausblick sowohl auf den See, als auch auf die Berge hinter dem Hotel. Schönes Frühstücksbuffet, mit qualitativ guten Lebensmitteln und allem was man sich zu einem guten Frühstück wünscht. Tolles Badezimmer. Sehr bequemes Bett. Kurzer Weg zur Ortskern.

Die Innenjalousie vor dem Panoramafenster klappert, sobald man die Schiebetür leicht geöffnet hat. Da wir gerne bei offenem Fenster schlafen, wurden wir durch das ständige klappern immer wieder geweckt. Der Kaffee ließ zu wünschen übrig, sowohl der vom Vollautomaten als auch der Filterkaffee.

Gutes Haus mit super freundlichen Mitarbeiter sehr sauber ( tägliche frische Handtücher ) unsw.

Gut sortierts Frühstück es gibt alles was man erwarten kann und darüber hinaus, 7-8 Sorten frisches Obst täglich frischen Kuchen, mehrere Wurst und Schinken Sorten verschiedene Brötchen und Brot sowie 3 Müsli Sorten. Eine Terrasse zum Frühstück natürlich den eigentlichen Frühstücksraum. Personal war super freundlich.

Tische sind für 3 Personen etwas zu klein. King noch so.
