Parkplatz unmittelbar beim Hotel, Lift, Seeblick, moderne Ausstattung, geräumiges Bad, Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet, kurze Gehdistanz zum Zentrum mit Lokalen und Geschäften
Details wirken unfertig (keine Sesselleisten, fehlender Rahmen bei der Schiebetüre zum Bad, sodass diese nicht komplett schließt), fehlender Stauraum für längeren Aufenthalt, Betthaupt aus Stoff nicht ideal in Bezug auf Hygiene, sehr nüchterner Frühstücksraum - ein paar wenige Pflanzen würden ev. das hallenartige Ambiente auflockern

Excellent buffet breakfast choice, all freshly prepared. We especially appreciated the 6am breakfast on marathon race day which wasn't expected.
Clean rooms, cleaned daily.
Location perfect - near centre with amazing views.
Malcesine is the best town we visited around Lake Garda (not too busy or touristy, unspoilt, plenty of good shops, bars and restaurants, less expensive than others e.g. Limone).
Free car parking.
Some minor details to improve, which are maybe just new hotel teething problems:
- Air conditioning didn't work (maybe switched off centrally at this time of year?)
- Shower can flood the bathroom a little as the floor doesn't slope away sufficiently
- Door key / number pad system doesn't work well. Many others also had problems accessing their room or couldn't get into the hotel at night.
- Shelf in shower for soap, shampoo etc would be useful.
- Kettle in bedroom needed for tea/coffee rather than going down to ground floor restaurant every time.

Die Lage, das neu renovierte Haus, das Zimmer mit dem Balkon und der Aussicht
Es war sehr ungemütlich, das Bett sehr hart, das Kissen unbequem, Sommerdecke im März noch zu dünn.
Frühstücksraum zu kalt und ungemütlich,
Frühstück sehr einfach, nicht aufgefüllt um 9 Uhr, Tische nicht abgeräumt.
Zimmer nachts viel zu hell durch Lämpchen, die man nicht ausschalten kann
