It was a wonderful stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful, the balcony had a wonderful view of the lake and Malcesine and it was a perfect location. It was nice to have the pool there on a hot day. I would highly recommend the Diana to anyone planning to visit Lake Garda.

Lage des Hotels optimal - kurze Wege in die Stadtmitte. Das Hotel ist ausgezeichnet für Kurzurlaub und längere Urlaube. WIR KOMMEN WIEDER :-)

Die Lage zum Zentrum, der Pool, die Sauberkeit und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Die Zimmer sind absolut nicht hellhörig und sehr ruhig.
Das Frühstück war nicht abwechslungsreich. Der Parkplatz ist etwas schwierig mit einem größeren Auto. Keine Ablagefläche in der Dusche.

We were given a 3rd floor room on the side of the building which meant we had a mountain & lake view! Also no other balconies over looking us.
Staff were really friendly & room was clean.
The location is perfect for super short walks in to town & right next to bus station.
There was no air con (which we knew before we left) there was a fan but during a heatwave this didn’t help.
Rooms could do with an upgrade.
Would also be great if they added tea & coffee facilities in the room.
Bell tower sounds at 8am every morning…. Be warned if you’re looking for lie ins!
