A wonderful place to stay in the heart of Malcesine, with easy parking. Simply superb!

I’ve only wonderful things to say about our stay at this lovely, friendly, incredibly well located hotel. Right from the moment we booked, the communication between us and the hotel was so helpful and accommodating. Upon arrival we were greeted extremely warmly and given easy instructions for parking our car, a short walk away. The room was very comfortable, extremely clean and had all the things you could possibly need. Our breakfast was absolutely fabulous and set us up for the day. As for the location, you really couldn’t be in a more central location in Malcesine. A fantastic experience and we genuinely hope to stay again very soon.

Nice stay in Malcesine

Great location of the hotel, close to everything. Many restaurants around, close to ferry station, shops nearby . The room was clean, beds comfy, there was a fridge which was great for us.

Would be great to have a kettle or small coffee machine and cups. Everything else was great for this price.

Excellent location for Malcesine

Excellent location, right in the middle of shops, bars cafes and less than 5m walk to the lake. No noise could be heard at night. Daily service for towels and nice breakfast. I use a cane to help me walk and as there is no lift, staff offered to move me to ground floor when one was next available which was a lovely gesture but we were happy to stay in the room we had been allocated. Staff also provided a plug in fan when the AC was not fully functioning.

Perfect location, lovely clean room, friendly staff

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the town - it is a clean and calm oasis. Yet, just outside the front door, you have a piazza with cafes, restaurants, shops and you are 2 minutes walk through beautiful cobbled streets to the lakefront. The beds are comfortable, the room was quiet and the shower was hot with a great water pressure. We were there for a wedding and the general consensus amongst our group was that we had picked the best accommodation :)

It was hot during our stay and a ceiling fan for the night would have been the icing on the cake :)

Clean, neat hotel and room, right in the centre of Malcesine. Could literally take a step from the neighbouring bar and through the door. Malcesine a lovely town with plenty of outdoor activity, which we enjoy.

I know it's not essential, but WiFi was poor. Manager said its normally OK but neither my wife's or my devices could connect at first and then signal was intermittent. We needed it to book further travel.

Perfect hotel if you want to have a great stay in the middle of Malcesine

The location of the hotel is perfect, it's located right in the middle of the town, not far away from the main car park. It is rather small and more private which makes it very comfy. It hast 3 floors (w/o an elevator!) and I guess on each floor there are 3-4 rooms. The staff was super friendly and supportive (carrying luggage, etc.). We had a room in the 3rd floor with a great view on one of the piazzas. Thanks to new windows it was not noisy at all as long as we kept them closed. The room was rather small but super modern and clean and w/ A/C which we highly appreciated w/ the warm weather. The breakfast was just amazing, I did not expect it to be that good. Fresh coffee/cappuccino and a huge variety of food (pancakes, waffles, eggs, fruits, etc/) served by the staff directly which we liked much better than queuing for the buffet. Check in and check out was super easy. Outside parking is also included, a bit further away but more private which made it feel more safe. I can definitely recommend this hotel if you want to have a high quality stay in the middle of Malcesine for an - in my opinion - very very good price, I will definitely come again when I'm visiting Lake Garda next time.

The car park is a bit further (uphill) away and since the Hotel is so central check in and check out is a bit more challenging w/ bringing the luggage to the hotel/car, but there are special "short stay" parking slots for loading next to the main car park which we used and it worked perfectly fine. Also the hotel has no elevator and a rather narrow stairwell but that is just how it is, nothing that can be easily fixed due to the location and for me it has absolutely no impact on the quality of the hotel.

Parking spot should be described in advance. I had to arrive near hotel, pay for parking spot in the Centre and afterwards park car again. The parking is about 5 minutes of walk from the hotel

Everything was perfectly clean, enough space for 2 people in the room. In the room is air condotioning which was great in a hot days. Very kind and friendly staff in the hotel.

Great hotel

Located in the heart of the city. Close to the ferry and bus stop. The bar at the front door does great cocktails and snacks. The owner is very helpful and always happy to answer any questions. The rooms are clean and the air works amazingly.

Superb

The service was very good, the staff always friendly and we really had the best view. It is just a view minutes from the ferry point which is very comfortable. We loved staying in the hotel :)
