Wonderful little place.

The staff are excellent. Marianna on front reception was so helpful and accommodating when our flight was delayed by 3 hours. And Doing in the breakfast room was always so bright and cheerful. The location is fabulous for wandering around Malcesine, close to lots of restaurants and wonderful shops. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent stay!

I liked everything about the property. It is located in the historical center, but we were able to park the motorbike nearby. Just across the hotel we found very good gelato and also pizzeria Da Pedro. Marianna and the rest of the staff were very nice and helpful and made some calls for us to help us fix our motorbike. I could only recommend this place to anyone and would come here again!

Great stop while cycling around Lake Garda.

Great location. Staff was exceptional helpful and friendly. The young lady working reception was extremely helpful with getting our e-bikes placed for charging and helping with finding a great dinner nearby.

Good value for a basic hotel, great location

The location is the best, right in the middle of Malcesine, close to the bus stop .. great. Very nice and helpful staff, good breakfast.

Our room only had a corner window which made it very difficult for the air to circulate. There was also no shutters so there’s light early in the morning. I think this may depend on the room you get. On the other hand, our room did not give on the street so it was pretty calm. Overall the walls are thin so it can be noisy at times - we could hear our neighbor snore - so pack earplugs.

We stayed 5 nights in 2 rooms, and were very comfortable.

The only thing we missed was tea making facilities in the room. Everything else was very good. Rooms were spotless, Hotel was bright and airy....the staff were lovely.....location was perfect.....and breakfast was more than adequate with cereals, yoghurts, fruit, meat, cheese, eggs, bread, pastries, preserves and a good selection of juice, coffees and teas.

It would have been nice to have access to a coffee machine/kettle at night......but apart from that, everything was great.

It really needs sound proofing. Walls must be paper thin and sound from outside also bad. Bathroom door desperately needed oil. Breakfast was very basic.

Fantastic stay

the location is absolutely perfect! - in the heart of the historical center, it allowed easy access to all the major attractions, shops, and restaurants, making our exploration of the city incredibly convenient. The receptionist Lucca was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He provided great recommendations for local sights and dining options. I also want to highlight the lovely lady - Doina at breakfast. She was not only attentive but also created a warm atmosphere that made our mornings delightful. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes, and her cheerful nature made it even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located stay in the city. Thank you for a memorable visit!

Great location, great staff

The location is great!! In the middle of the town just a few meters away from the lake. No noise at all. The room is simple, but it's clean and has everything you need. Also an elevator in the building to reach the top floors. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. I was leaving very early in the morning, before breakfast was served. No problem for me, but the guy behind the reception made sure I received a breakfast to go package. I didnt even had to ask for it. I definitely recommend this place!!!

No common area to have a drink. Hard to find a free table on the busy terraces in town, so it would have been nice to have a drink in the hotel.

Lovely little hotel right in the heart of Malcesine

The location was excellent, right near the port in the heart of the town yet the room was quiet. Lovely friendly helpful staff - a credit to the hotel. Breakfast was adequate , a fair choice , good quality and presentation. Good environmental policy too with recycling bins on every level and towels changed once every two days . I’d happily return 😊

A modest property that excelled with its very helpful and friendly staff, great location and excellent breakfast. The beds were comfortable and double glazed windows kept the outdoor sounds out. We were leaving early to catch the train so the concierge suggested we have the kitchen prepare a breakfast for us to take with us.

The pillows weren’t particularly comfortable.

A great place to stay to enjoy all that Malcesine has to offer.

The location of the property at the heart of the town was excellent. The staff were very helpful. Excellent breakfast and the room was very comfortable. Although situated in the town, the noise levels were acceptable.

The shower tray needed attention as the water wouldn't drain away and so filled the tray to overflowing. Could have done with another plug socket at the bedside.
