We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful location. Everything was simply perfect — from the breathtaking view that greeted us every morning, to the warm and welcoming people who made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, exactly what we needed. We especially loved the breakfast — fresh, delicious, and served with a smile. It was a dream escape, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Excellent week away, Villa Emma exceeded expectations.

Good sized room with stunning view over the lake. Excellent breakfast; friendly host and staff; everything spotlessly clean; lift from the road to hotel entrance. We arrived late but the directions and information emailed to us was invaluable. 10 minute downhill walk into the centre of Malcesine ( but uphill on the return..)

Didn’t dislike anything but if I could make a couple of suggestions ( not criticisms)…. Improve the room lighting with a couple of bedside table lamps; some tea and coffee facilities in the rooms would be welcome. Bit of an uphill trek to the carpark but we knew that in advance.

It was a perfect stay for 2 nights by Lake Garda. It was exactly what we wanted it to be.

Lovely view of the lake. Easy to walk into the main part of Malcesine (takes about 10 minutes). An outstanding breakfast! Best I've ever had at a hotel. Very convenient and comfortable too.

Amazing view from the room and balcony!! Lovely view on the breakfast terrace. Great breakfast with lots of choice, including fresh croissants, breads, cereals, tea and coffee and bacon and eggs cooked to order. Nice clean room, which was cleaned daily. Clean towels provided daily. Comfortable bed with extra pillows provided. Sara (host) was very friendly and helped with any queries, and facilitated a late check in via WhatsApp which was great. Homely feel to the place. Less than a 10 minute, very straight forward wallk to the centre of town and beaches. Excellent value for money, would stay again!

Bathroom was small, particularly the shower, but still met our needs, and still excellent value for money.

Amazing! Beyond expectations!

Our stay at Villa Emma was just amazing, mostly because of welcoming staff Sara and Alberto, who both went beyond expectations. They are always helpful and friendly. Location of the Villa is really good, just few minutes walk from the city center. Breakfast was our favourite part of the day, always fresh and delicious with breathtaking views over the Lake. I cant recommend this place enough and we we are looking forward to come back again:) Thank you both for the perfect holidays we spent in your Villa!!!

Nice hotel with a great view and ok location. Free parking a few hundred meters from the hotel. Big bed.

Breakfast could have been a bit higher quality such as providing softer bread. Ordering water for drink was also difficult. Otherwise good, fresh fruits and plenty of options. 10min walk uphill from the city center.

Great view to the lake Nice and clean room Very friendly staff Sara and her cooking friend Due the restrictions we had to eat some food from grocery, they let us use their kitchen and restaurant Few minutes from the lake. Close from the hiking tracks

There were some unexpected charges we didn’t know before that is always negatively surprising. Sara charged us 15€ for a cheap wine she said the night before it was for free.

good hotel with a wonderful view

The hotel is located 200m up from the main road, so there was no road noise at night. Parking was 150-200 m up from the hotel. Our room 5 was small but clean. The bed is comfortable. The room was bit cold, we used an air conditioner for heating. A view from a balcony to the lake is wonderful. The balcony is enough to relax in the evening. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

The shower is very small and designed for a child, not an adult. There are no pedestrian paths along the road, so walking to the city center, especially at night, is quite dangerous. If you stay at a hotel with a dog, you have to walk to the park below and walk along the side of the road, which is also not a pleasure.

Sara, the hostess, is extremely kind and tireless; she is the soul of the place. The panorama from the balcony is wonderful. The breakfast is very tasty and plentiful. The hotel is close to the city center, and there is a large SPAR store nearby where you can buy everything. Beaches can be found within a 5-10 minute walk.

Für Eine Nacht war es für uns ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt nach Malcesine und das Frühstück war wirklich toll.

Tolles Frühstück, ausreichend und alles an Wurst und Käse am Tisch erhalten. Eierspeisen nach Wahl, frischer Saft, Brot und Gebäck reichlich, was die einfache Unterbringung wirklich vollkommen wett macht. Frühstücksterrasse draußen. Toller Blick auf den See. Fussläufig das Zentrum in 20min erreichbar. Parkplatz etwa in 5 min ausreichend vorhanden. Sehr freundliches Personal und ruhig zu schlafen, da in abzweigender Hanglagenstrasse. Unten a den See Hotels fahren einem die Kraftfahrzeuge gefühlt durchs Bett. In diesem Hotel konnten wir mit offenem Fenster schlafen..

Die Zimmer sind halt klein und einfach. Das Bad lang und interessant praktisch. Es müssten Kleinigkeiten erneuert werden wie Toilettenpapier Halter. Das Papier lag daneben.

Die Aussicht vom Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön. Sara ist wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und das Angebot an Frühstück ist groß. Es gibt auf der Sonnenterrasse auch Liegen und einen Jacuzzi.

Chambre avec superbe vue sur le lac, literie très confortable, climatisation et propreté impeccable. Petit-déjeuner maison exceptionnel et personnel accueillant et réactif. Situation idéale à 10-15 min à pied du centre de Malcesine.

Seul petit point : le parking est situé à environ 5 min à pied, mais cela ne nous a pas vraiment dérangés.

Prisvärt, bra läge med utsikt över sjön, väldigt god frukost, rent och fräscht

Väldigt fin och god frukost, olika sorters bröd, gott pålägg, vi fick välja mellan omelett, äggröra, stekt och kokt ägg, och väldigt fräsch färsk fruktsallad. Över all förväntan. Väldigt små rum, trång toalett men rent och fräscht. Fint och högt läge med utsikt över sjön.

Värden hade kunnat engagera sig lite mer i gästerna. hälsa välkommen och vara intresserad av hur vi har det.
