L’emplacement est vraiment génial avec la vue surplombante sur le village de Malcesine.
Comme l’airco sur froid n’était pas encore opérationnel, nous avons reçu un upgrade avec une immense chambre avec cuisine et salon.
Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel et varié.
Le personnel est attentif et le responsable des menus, Lukas, très sympathique.
Efforts pour parler français mais la majorité des clients parlent allemand.
Très grande piscine et autres installations variés ( sauna, massage, jacuzzi, fitness…)
Le prix des repas gastronomiques est inversement proportionnel à la quantité dans l’assiette.

Il letto, da migliorare il materasso , era troppo " usato" la terrazza super.

The view was amazing. The swimming pool was huge.
Dinner and Breakfast was very good.
AC didn't work properly. The staff didn't help us resolve the issue and we had terrible night.
Hot tub was completely cold.
