Fantastic hotel with very friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. Pool is amazing and never seemed busy whatever time of day we visited. Gorgeous views looking out over Malcesine and the lake. Breakfast was incredible with a huge variety to choose from and would highly recommend the hotel restaurant for evening meals.

Lovely hotel in the hills away from the village and many tourists. Lovely pool, surprisingly larger than expected and never crowded. Indoor pool also accessible. Friendly bar and reception staff. Good range of food for breakfast. Walks from the hotel (be prepared for the slopes).. rooms were a nice size Room had a small kitchen. Large bathroom. Amazing view from the room and during breakfast
During the very hot summer months, some aircon in the foyer and bar area would have been appreciated; It was far to hot to sit in to enjoy a drink. While the rooms had some aircon, they stayed rather warm during the stay. The fridge even at the best setting also didn't always keep drinks cool, some food spoilt in the fridge. Freezer did not work. There was no kettle provided.

The view was amazing. The swimming pool was huge.
Dinner and Breakfast was very good.
AC didn't work properly. The staff didn't help us resolve the issue and we had terrible night.
Hot tub was completely cold.
