Fantastic views across the lake from room, balcony and dining area/bar. Great location slightly away from main centre, with easy walk along the lake to town (10-15 mins). Food and drink very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast very good. Rooms comfortable all necessary amenities and those fantastic views if paying for a suite facing towards the lake.
Decor a little dated, but not off putting in a significant way.

Very good location with a nice beach spot in front of the hotel. Very friendly staff and good breakfast as well
The room is a little outdated and quite small, especially considering its a 4 star hotel. Also we had some problems with flooding in the showers

Rooms were great - oversized with large balconies. Very good breakfast. All staff were wonderful.
Including hair conditioner with the shampoo options in the shower

Location, room was large and clean
Bathroom door, slide type that didn't close, staff were less seen and not particularly attentive. One of the coffee machines for breakfast and afternoon tea was faulty leading to delays. Bar staff did not seem to know what a negroni was and were reluctant to make one.
