We had amazing view to the lake and mountains from our balcony, the room was very comfortable.

i like almost everything, the bad can have a thiner bad cover as well for hot days, the pillows can be less soft, i like more orthopedic hard pillows, but i know it changes from people to people , in general it was almost perfect.

Misleading description of the apartment

The pools, spa and breakfast were excellent.

The pool doesn't quite have a view of the lake and the apartment is completely mis sold. It is not on the property but across the road with no view or pool as the listing on booking.com suggests.

A supburb place to stay

This is a high class hotel. It is beautifully designed and there is attention to detail everywhere. The property is within easy walking distance to town. The breakfast buffet had everything you could imagine.

Perfection

This was our second time at Casa Barca and we stayed the week for our wedding at the Castle. Absolutely perfect in every way and thank you so much for the special touches. We especially enjoyed the spa experience and the tiramisu at breakfast. We stayed in the romantic suite which was just amazing. Hopefully we can come back sooner rather than later.

We loved everything at this property. The best stay ever!:) We will definitely come back. We booked a Junior Suit with round bed and terrace, and it was so modern, spacious, very cozy and romantic. We had a room service, the dinner was very delicious. Also the breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed the Spa, especially the jacuzzi and the heated pool.

The water temperature in the heated pool upstairs was a bit lower than promised.

location is brilliant. the whole hotel is cleverly designed - it feels like you can see the lake almost at all times. the staff were brilliant. they were so accommodating when we had a nightmare with my passport. the spa was brilliant too - so relaxing. I recommend booking a massage!

The best hotel in Malcesine, if we ever visit Malcesine again we will stay here

We had a junior suite which was huge, two rooms really the bedroom and and a lounge with wardrobe area and lovely bathroom.We had a lovely balcony with beautiful view of the lake. The staff were the most helpful ,friendly and happy people you could hope for and so welcoming. The location of the hotel is brilliant just a ten minute walk into town down a gentle slope, a very big supermarket just ten mins walk as well. The food in the hotel was very good value and quality ,served quickly with a smile from the friendly staff.We had lunch a few times and dinner a couple of times. The main pool although chilly we did have a swim ,was a lovely area to sunbathe around .My husband and I preferred the heated pool at the back of the hotel set amongst the olive groves this was heaven for us and very peaceful with very few people using this area and many times felt like this was our own private pool as no one was around, it was so warm. The breakfast was fantastic with so many choices, all very high quality and delicious. The lovely lady on reception Lara ,I think her name was ,could not have been more helpful ,we were staying in Malcesine for our daughters wedding and they so very kindly agreed that she and her bridesmaids could get ready in our room as her room at her hotel was to small also allowing the hairdresser and makeup person ,photographer and video person to come to the room as well.Also to take photos on the stunning sun deck.We were so very grateful for this.This is a truly beautiful hotel with gorgeous views of the lake.

Superb Hotel- excellent location and fabulous staff nothing not to like !!

The breakfast was really good. Lots to choose from-fresh fruit in abundance- cooked breakfast if wanted and also cold buffet. The hotel was exceptionally clean, in a superb location- we could not have asked for better. Anything we asked from reception was provided by lovely friendly staff who actually made our stay even better than we imagined.
