A fabulous holiday made more special by the welcome from the staff.

Charming Hotel In Perfect Location

Hotel Antonella is charming. The staff are so friendly and make you feel at ease. Beautiful balcony view with our room. The breakfast was well thought out and tasty.

Very clean hotel ..sheets and towels changed regularly great breakfast pleasant and helpful staff our receptionist Gabpi was particularly helpful..

A kettle in the room would cut down on having to ask for hot water at times that may not suit staff

Hotel with breathtaking views

We had fantastic view from our room. There was parking inside the garage, just were the hotel is. The breakfast was also really good! Staff were super friendly!

Great Stay

The location of the the hotel is great and in a great walking distance to town. The room itself was lovely and clean, very spacious, and had the super added bonus of a balcony over looking the lake, it was nice to sit out in the evening. Be sure to try out the pizzas in the restaurant below, they were lovely.

If I had to pick a downside, it would be the distance to the carpark. Although I am able bodied, the walk with a suitcase was a little difficult and up a steep hill and into a olive tree area at the back of the hotel. It was more tan safe etc, was just a little difficult with lots of bags in the heat.

All was great! Very close to the city center, clean and nice room, the bed was not the greatest, varied breakfast with an amazing view and very warm personal!

Friendly welcome, good room with balcony overlooking the lake and mountains behind. Comfortable bed and good breakfast. Convenient for walking into the town.

Carpark was up a tiny lane in an orchard.

-Staff members always available and welcoming -The location of the hotel was great, walkable to harbour/centre -View from balcony and pool area was a delight -Sun terrace a beautiful chill out spot, overlooking the lake -Breakfast limited but good quality -They provide diary alternative.

-Finding hotel Is a little tricky, there is only a lift from main road to take you up into hotel, so easily missed when driving. -Car park is about a 5mins walk from hotel, it's a olive free land, unsupervised that they use for their customers. -Turning right from hotel there is no pavement for 300meters or so -Room sound proofing TERRIBLE, you could hear every single noise the roon next to you was making (closing wardrobe, pushing chair, snoring). -Coffee machine had a queue every morning as it was self service. -Pool only had one strip that got sunny, so if you turn up in the afternoon you can only lie in shade or go up to the terrace.

Very nice breakfast. Extremely friendly, helpful and professional staff and very clean room and other facilities. Hotel was peaceful and quiet. Pleasent pool area with an awesome view. Location was convenient, not too far from the center.

Excellent hotel - well located

The room was very comfortable but a little basic - no tea/coffee making facilities. Air conditioning was excellent and was very quiet. Bathroom was good with only a shower but this was OK. Breakfast was really excellent with lovely choice of all nice things, including home cooked cake and biscuits. You could sit inside or outside - there were great views over the lake from either place. Swimming pool and surrounds were excellent - lovely views, and plenty of sunbeds. The sun terrace on the third floor should not be missed - lovely view from there. Hotel was well located - relatively short 15 minute walk into Malcesine but I would caution anyone with mobility problems it does require a walk up the hill to get back.

There was no tea/coffee making facilities in room.

Location is great, we didn't need to use our car at all for the 3 full days we stayed at Malcesine. Everything was within walking distance. The staff is wonderfully kind, responsive, and helpful. Breakfast was great too. Pro-tip: the pizza place below the hotel is a must-try!

Rooms could have been cleaned a little better, but there seemed to be a very fast turnover as it was high season so we didn't mind. We were just glad to relax in an airconditioned room on one of the hottest days of the year.

very helpful friendly staff fabulous breakfast good location - the walk that some people have said is along a busy road is really absolutely fine as there’s a line marking the walk bit or can also walk the other way down the path and cross over down to the lake clean rooms and powerful shower

rooms not very sound proof no coffee facilities in the rooms safe costing extra, would be better to include it in the cost like everywhere else rather than have it as an add on

Lovely staff, hotel always clean and tidy with good service, never had a problem getting a sun bed even if going to the pool in the middle of the afternoon.

Brilliant location to explore Lake Garda. Lovely swimming pool to relax at end of day after being out and about. Staff were super engaging and helpful. Breakfast was well stocked and a good selection, they cooked eggs to order each morning. We had a room at front of hotel so a balcony to see the sunset at the end of each day - was really lovely.

Bathroom was simple and the lighting was not the best. Shower was functional but also not the best.

We had a fabulous stay, it was in a great location, would definitely return!

I really liked this cute traditional Italian hotel with a great pool area and roof terrace with fantastic views of the lake. The staff were great, the host couldn’t help us enough.

The room was basic, the shower wasn’t very powerful and the hairdryer was really slow. Also the main road to the centre of Malcesine was quite hard to walk along as there’s not a pavement for a long stretch.

Location was great, beautiful views from our room. The restaurant was accomodating even though we arrived very late. The breakfast was possibly the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. Beautiful and delicious.
