Absolutely first class family run hotel, with excellent facilities, food & rooms.

Breakfast is fantastic with a great variety of self service choices of fruits, fruit juices, meats cheeses, pastries, cakes, all coffees types and teas. You also have a choice of cooked eggs (scrambled, poached, fried) every morning with bacon if you so wish. The restaurant area is very nice indeed and clean & the view over Lake Garda is the best in the area. A very, very pleasant place to have & enjoy breakfast every morning.

Absolutely fantastic family run hotel, with excellent facilities throughout. Good food, both breakfasts & Evening meals (if you choose) The lake view bedrooms with balcony are fantastic. There is a large car park on the road above the hotel with a lift that takes you from Reception to road level

Overall it was OK - the town itself sweet and small but very touristy- crowds of people everywhere!

helpful staff, accommodated our wish to stay an hour longer. Good breakfast, clean. Good location only a short stroll to the centre about 15 min.

very complicated system to park a car, using lift that smells on garbage 4 floors up...balcony door has no mosquito nets and the amount of mosquitos is unbelievable!!! Soft bed and pillow cases not cotton so a lot of sweating!!! Needed to keep the balcony door closed during the night because of the mosquitos...

Beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful personnel

Excellent cozy hotel: perfect breakfast, hearty personnel, amazing view to Lake Garda. Hotel Capri was super choice to our family group with 6 adults and one 4 months old baby. Location was good, easy walk to lake and town. Extra points for the sauna: Best sauna ever outside Finland! Hotel Capri was even better than I expected by Booking Com. We will come back!

The view is what you come for! We had a lake view room and it was so worthwhile. The rooms are relatively basic, but it’s clean and great location. The restaurant has great food and very well priced for what you get.

You pay for the view, so don’t necessarily expect luxury in the rooms.

Loved it all!

Everything was excellent! Gorgeous views of the lake! Breakfast was always delicious. Dinner also fabulous. Extremely well run boutique hotel. Marco and Gaia were so lovely and made us feel well cared for. Would definitely return.

The location of the hotel was excellent, only 15 minutes' walk to the center. The hotel was also quiet and clean. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good.

Amazing views, perfect location great hotel

The room was lovely with a nice comfy bed, the tv was huge with lots of English channels. Everywhere is lovely and clean. The location is perfect with amazing views and walking distance to the town.,There’s also a car park which is a big advantage. The manager was really helpful and couldn’t do enough for us.

A wonderful and relaxing stay

Breakfast was superb - the options were incredible and everything I had was delicious. The views are insanely good, and can be enjoyed at breakfast, with a drink, from the pool, or from your balcony. The food was exceptional - highly recommend having dinner there one evening.

Highly recommended, a hotel that you can book with confidence

The hotel is ideally placed for access to the centre of Malcesine and it’s restaurants, shops and ferry services. Hotel Capri is obviously very well managed and the staff in all departments are welcoming, helpful and cheerful. The breakfast is first class and served on the terrace overlooking the lake.

The best hotel in the Garda area.

We spent our honeymoon there. The hotel and the staff are just amazing. The view from our room was great - overlooking the lake and the mountain. They have free parking and the hotel is within a walking distance from the city center. The receptionists were very polite and helpful. The wellness center is pretty nice and clean. They allow a max of 4 people there so it's never crowded. The view from the restaurant was simply amazing. So was the breakfast. It even had vegan and gluten-free options. We would come back again for sure. I can't imagine a better hotel in the Garda area.

Almost everything was just perfect. Breakfast with fantastic view. It was a very memorable experience! We will be back.

The only area of improvement that I can think of is that it's not obvious how to park the car once you arrive at the hotel. The hotel's carpark isn't signposted and when you arrive from that street you find the elevator without a button and a speakerphone that didn't seem to work. If there were signs or just a simple instruction issued after making a reservation, the problem would not exist.

A fantastic stay in a hotel where the food and service rivals the stunning mountain and lake views!

Wow, what a find! I stayed at Hotel Capri for a week with my husband and our 16 month old son. It was our first family holiday abroad and the hotel exceeded expectations. The views are incredible, the location great and the food was absolutely delicious. We had a lovely spacious room - great for an active toddler - and the hotel and all its facilities were beautiful. None of that compares, however, to the staff. From the owners to the breakfast waiters to the cleaners, everyone was so kind, so helpful and so efficient at their job. They made travelling with children so much less stressful. It was just a pleasure to stay there and we would revisit in a heartbeat. Despite booking this stay, I stil couldn't tell how good it would be until we got there and I think that is perhaps because the website doesn't do it justice. Would highly recommend.

The temperature in the room made our stay not so comfortable as we expected

The apartment was arranged in a really nice way. View on the like and mountains was great.

There is an information on booking.com that the hotel has air conditioning but the minimum level was 24 degrees in the room. After my complaints they put the 20 degrees as a minimum. They tried to persuade us that 24 is ok and it works for everyone. TV did not work properly - Internet connection was unstable so we had to use our Internet.

Best Hotel Ever- Perfect for our wedding!

Everything! We got married in Malcesine and Hotel Capri made it extra special for us. From carrying my wedding dress to the room for me when we arrived to us receiving a gift of prosecco for me and my bridesmaids at breakfast and another bottle the morning after the wedding to celebrate. We received well wishes and congratulations from all the staff. All of the staff made it extra special and treated us with the best service. We booked a room with a balcony and lateral lake view and realised we needed somewhere bigger for 6 people plus the photographer to get ready. The hotel went out of their way to find a bigger room for us for the day but unfortunately were fully booked. They did however offer us the conference room which we didn't need in the end. On the wedding night they allowed us to have some quiet drinks in reception to finish the night off and just made our time so special for us and our group of friends. Location is great and the views are amazing. It takes about a 10 minute stroll into town and the hotel is in a great spot, close enough to everything but far enough from the hustle and bustle of the town itself. Thank you for creating the best memories for us. We will be back to celebrate our anniversary!

Nothing. There are a few steps which is the quickest way down to the main road but nothing too strenuous and worth it to burn the pasta and prosecco off! You can also use a road to get into town (without steps).
