Great friendly welcome, nice room although very noisy from other guests and the windy weather outside. Breakfast was good but not exceptional as expected from other reviewers.
No drinking water in the room or tea / coffee making facilities. I really dont like the continental style for making a double bed up with two separate single quilts. A bit too far to walk to the hotel regularly to go into town or drag your bags up from the ferry, although they did say they would have picked us up if they had known. Very small hot breakfast portions.

Amazing hotel! Great breakfast, spacious rooms and an INCREDIBLE view. The hosts are super kind and will go out of their way to make your stay perfect. I don’t know who decides on these things but there’s no way this a 3 star hotel, rooms and amenities are perfect.

We were very impressed with the breakfast choice, quality and taste. As vegetarians we were delighted to have such a large choice at breakfast and it was wonderful to have lots of healthy options as well as a wide selection of pastries. Service at breakfast was also excellent with English and German speaking staff.
Our room was excellent with a wonderful view of the lake, lots of space and very clean. All staff throughout the hotel were very friendly.
We liked being able to use the hotels bikes to go on a bike ride along the lake. We did not use the swimming pool or other facilities but they looked very good and we would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Malcesine.

The apartment was arranged in a really nice way. View on the like and mountains was great.
There is an information on booking.com that the hotel has air conditioning but the minimum level was 24 degrees in the room. After my complaints they put the 20 degrees as a minimum. They tried to persuade us that 24 is ok and it works for everyone.
TV did not work properly - Internet connection was unstable so we had to use our Internet.
