Perfect place to stay in Malcesine

Well located, exceptional breakfast (included) and lunch and dinner options, thoughtful hosts and small attention to detail - water refilling stations (room temperature, cold and frizzante water options), thongs/flip flops . Plenty of places to sit and relax. Georgia kindly offered drinks and food when we were on the terrace. The bed was a little firm but as soon as we mentioned it, they fixed with a mattress topper, extra pillows and it was so comfortable.

What a beautiful family run hotel. loved that it was a 5 minute walk into old town and a very quiet stay. It is much better than the pics. The beds are so comfortable and the size of bedroom and bathroom amazing.As everyone else said, the best hotel breakfast ever. See you again soon! well done Francesco and family!

Perfect location in the perfect lake town.

The perfect hotel for Malcesine! Right above the hustle and bustle of the adorable old town. Quiet, beautiful, friendly staff. Breakfast spread was out of this world.More like an aperativo with endless choices. Help yourself to the 5 star buffet and coffee then take it out to the terrace, cool and shaded with a view of olive trees and Lago di Garda. They have glass bottles of still and gasata water in the room’s mini fridge. You refill them at a water station down the hall. I hope this is the future! No more plastic bottled water. Unfortunately, we were not able to book a room with a view. Still pleasant and quiet, but I recommend booking well in advance to snatch a room with a view. Old town is just a hop, skip, and a jump away. Adorable, full of tiny pedestrian streets and endless bars and restaurants. Be sure to stop by Pizzeria Ristorante da Pedro. They don’t take reservations, but they have so many tables meandering around the twisty streets you only wait minutes for a table. Don’t waste your palate on the good pizza, get a wonderful dish of pasta and/or fish. I had the trout tortelloni with fish roe on top. incredible! Best meal there. Ask for a table on the little square right on the water. The Finivia (gondola/cable car to the top of Monte Baldo) is steps from the hotel. Reserve your timed tickets in advance. “Hiking” is an easy walk along the summit with the cows and the sheep. Have lunch or an apero at La Capannina. Huge outdoor seating, great fresh food, friendly staff. One more must-do: Rent a bike at Xtreme Bike (right next door to Finivia). Walk the bike through town and then ride south along the paved Lungolago and pass through all the little villages. Absolutely gorgeous and easy. Go as far as you want, stop somewhere for a snack and a dip in the lake and head back home.

There is a little wading pool, which is fine. The picture on the site is taken at night with no people for scale. it looks like a huge pool! It is just about 4 square meters and 1 foot deep. it’s for cooling off, not swimming.

Friendly staff clean tidy rooms with fridge kettle and glasses as well as bottle opener well equipped. The shower was great too , our room had a view over the castle and lake with was beautiful , breakfast was amazing a great selection of everything and was beautiful

The hotel was in a very convenient location. It was spotlessly clean throughout, the breakfast was superb, the hosts were friendly and we liked the decor through the public spaces in particular.

Brilliant little gem

Brilliant little hotel, with amazing staff and INCREDIBLE food. I've been to many hotels in my life but I have to admit that breakfast here is secons to none! Amazing location as well, short walk to the city centre (5mins) and short walk to the cable car that takes you all the way to the top of the mountain (5mins). Also good location to catch a boat ride to neighbouring cities. I cannot recommend this more.

Excellent stay!

Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable with a great view from the balcony. The room had everything we needed, it was also a nice surprise that there were two bottles of water in the minibar and one could refill them for free of charge. The hotel breakfast was quite decent, and the hotel staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. We got good restaurant reccommendations - Vidoc and Garden were excellent! The location of the hotel was perfect for us, it is very peaceful around the hotel area, but you reach the lively city of Malcesine within 10 minutes by foot. Also the cable car to the amazing Monte Baldo is just a 5 minutes walk away. Additionally, the private parking provided by the hotel for free of charge was a big plus! We really enjoyed our stay and could definitely come back!

Breakfast was exceptional. Plenty of choice. Location is perfect. A short work form the cable car and to the center of the town. A lot of nice touches, including water fountain guests are encouraged to use to reduce plastic bottle usage.

A conveniently located hotel with and a slum-gully breakfast to perfect your stay in Malcesine!

The hotel was only about a 10-minute- walk to the old part of Malcesine. The house offers ample parking space. The interior made an exceptionally clean and charming impression. The owners were very considerate and helpful (we had a TV problem after a thunderstorm). Breakfast was unusually various- they even offered a genuine bar of honey fresh from the beehive!

We stayed for one night only, so we don't have any points to criticize.

Piccolo borgo da visitare pieno di ristorantini di panorami bellissimi

L’hotel è a 10 minuti di passeggiata dal centro è dotato di parcheggio privato si trova a 500 metri dalla struttura. Il personale è tutto disponibile e gentile le camere sono pulitissime dotate di bollitore tisane caffè, nella colazione a buffet non manca praticamente nulla dai salumi alla frutta fresca alle torte alla pasticcerie e via dicendo.

Wir kommen wieder!

Wunderschönes Zimmer mit sehr ansprechender Wandtapete (wirklich besonders 😀), sehr bequemen Bett, großer Dusche, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, großer offener Kleiderschrank und einem kleinen Balkon mit seitlichem Seeblick. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut.

Einzige kleine Unannehmlichkeit: wir haben einen Parkplatz auf einem gut 150m entfernten (aber mit Zaun gesichertem) Gartengrundstück zugewiesen bekommen. Am Hotel selbst gibt es nur wenige Plätze. Aber das Auto stand im Schatten unter einem Baum und da wir es während des Aufenthalts nicht genutzt haben, konnten wir letztendlich gut damit leben und würden das Hotel immer wieder wählen.

Das beste Hotel, indem wir je waren!

Das beste Hotel, indem wir je waren! Wir wurden total freundlich empfangen und haben sofort diese familiäre und liebevolle Atmosphäre dort gemerkt. Wir haben uns ab dem ersten Moment unfassbar wohl gefühlt. Alles war total unkompliziert und durchdacht. Wir haben auch noch nie so ein sauberes Hotelzimmer gesehen! Die Aussicht ist super! Der kleine Pool ist absolut ausreichend für eine kleine Abkühlung zwischendurch. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt, man merkt, dass hier ganz viel Liebe dahinter steckt! Und das obwohl wir im August, also in der Hauptsaison, da waren. Man bekommt eine Flasche Wasser, die man dann jederzeit wieder am Wasserspender befüllen kann. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das liebevoll gestaltete Frühstück und die Mühe, die dahinter steckt. Ganz großes Lob an das gesamte Personal und vielen lieben Dank für den absolut perfekten Aufenthalt!

Nicht zu Hause und doch daheim …

Schon die Begrüßung von Francesco bei unserer Ankunft war ein Genuss. Mit viel Humor hat er uns alles erklärt und uns sofort Tipps für Restaurants gegeben. „Le Dase“ ist fußläufig erreichbar und für Fleischliebhaber ein Traum. Im Hotel ist alles durchdacht, sauber und alle Mitarbeiterinnen sind herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ein Traum und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch tagsüber gibt es leckere Gerichte. Außerdem feine Drinks, die sogar an den gemütlichen Whirlpool geliefert werden. Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf ein nächstes Mal !! Danke liebes Team vom Meridiana ❤️und besonders an Francesco !
