It‘s a perfect package of sea front location, excellent food and great service

Perfect location combined with excellent service.

It‘s minor and not avoidable but you can hear traffic if you are at the pool. Contrary to this the rooms are super quiet.

Loved our stay here.

Geordie at the front desk was a gem! All smiles and so, so helpful. Our favorite desk staff of our month vacation. Restaurant is amazing! The views! The food! We ate there every night! Breakfast was great too with made to order omelets and crepes. Although it wasn't warm enough while we were there to spend time outside.we had our own private outdoor patio and chaises. Hotel is very fun and quirky. My husband loved it. I wasn't so sure with the purple bath. beds were comfy, bath was fine. Location was great with a quick walk along the water to town. Pool and beach area looked great!

Bath seemed a little dark and like there had been past leaks. Some parts of the hotel seemed a little tired and worn. Overall, we really did like this hotel and would love to stay in the summer to take advantage of the pool and beach area.

Wonderful stay in a great location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great as was the beautiful lake for swimming. There was a lovely boardwalk for morning walks. The staff and the quality of the meals were excellent. The village was interesting, as well as having capacity to catch ferries to explore other villages on the Lake. There was also a funicular so you could see the beautiful alps and watch the paragliders.

The view from the hotel was amazing. And good location to get into town. Breakfast was excellent quality. Staff were excellent, very helpful.

Amazing Lake Garda Find

It is such an unassuming hotel we initially drove past the entrance, but don't be fooled by the car park this is a real secret find of a hotel. I'm reluctant to say how good it is as I don't want it to be fully booked for our next visit! From the welcome from the staff who are so warm and friendly you feel you're being welcomed into their home, and they are proud of it, so they should be. It feels like you've stumbled into a very cool private club, with lots of cool modern features from the honesty bar, free filtered water fill ups, massage chair with a view to die for. The hotel is split between more basic rooms which are clean and perfectly adequate and in the other half of the hotel the very cool modern rooms, think bluetooth sound system, led coloured showers. We had one of each and both great. The location is very unusual for Lake Garda hotels in that it is right on the beach with just a small pedestrian walkway between the hotel and your early morning swim, with no main road between. It is also an easy 10 min stroll into the centre of Malcesine with all the shops and restaurants, the onsite restaurant is also very good, Breakfast is fabulous. You won't regret booking this hotel. Get a lake view room for the complete experience. We were very reluctant to leave, we'll be back.

Nice stay right on the Garda lake beach

Very interesting architecthre of the hotel. A lot of strange solutions everywhere, a lot of colours. Overall we liked the stay. Very good location about 10-15 min walk to the Malcesine castle. The pool was rather good with an amazing view to the lake Garda. Very good breakfast. We had a big room with a terrace. The staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly. They even made a tour of all the facilities of the hotel. Parking on the roof with a direct elevator the the hotel lobby.

Some of the things looks a bit worn out but did not bother us.

An incredible stay - would definitely visit again

The staff were really kind and friendly. The restaurant was well priced, quality food and a relaxed, buzzy atmosphere. Location is amazing - right on the lake with a lakeside path perfect for walking or running along and exploring. Just everything was lovely, the atmosphere, the beach was right there, it was all so great. I slept really well. Great internet for working too. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe, relaxed and comfortable throughout.

Fantastic hotel in a perfect location.

The location is perfect, right by the lakeside with beach, and a 6 minute stroll up the promenade into the town. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the lake. Great aircon to keep us cool, a fridge and kettle in the room too. Staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive, and went to great lengths to provide vegan options for breakfasts and meals for me. Lovely pool area with great views too.

Amazing view, amazing location.

The room that we booked didn´t have the view to the lake, so the staff offered us an upgrade to another room, for the same price, which we accepted. However, the new room had some problems with its toilet. Therefore, the staff offered us a new upgrade to a new room for the same price. This new room, where we finally stayed, was amazing. It was located in the upper floor and had a beautiful view to the lake and mountains around.

When i booked the first room, i didn´t know it didn´t have a view to the lake. However, the staff was always really friendly and helpful and they were keen to offer us an upgrade to a better room, for the same price. Therefore, I guess they only have to fix this information in their website, making it clear.

Great stay at the Prima Luna!

Location, facilities, beach, view of the lake, friendly staff, awesome owner. A balcony shade and a light on the room was not working, the owner sent us a bottle of Prosecco for our trouble. They fixed the light right away.

The style of the hotel is very chic and modern; however, it is too dark. The halls and stairs are dark and for people like us (in our sixties) is difficult to see where you are going without been afraid of taking a wrong step.

Spectacular location, great hotel, welcoming staff - Loved it!

The hotel was right on the lake (beach access) just a short walk along the water to town. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. the breakfast was so good - my favourite - and cane with a spectacular view. The restaurant in general was fantastic. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel facilities were great with pool, gym, and a play area with pool table, table tennis, foosball etc. Great hotel. Highly recommend!!

Perfect Family Vacation in Beautiful Scenary

Very good location by the Lake. Nice pool and access to the Beach with complementary towels and Beach beds. Excellent breakfast with Fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries and freshly made crepes. Hotel staff was very friendly, gave good tips for moving around the Lake.

Exceptional

We arrived way before check-in and the staff offered us breakfast and placed us after that. The people were so welcoming and we interacted with them constantly. The food was gourmet! We chose half board and it was the greatest value. During breakfast we decided on out 3 course meal. It was walking distance to the castle and could clearly see it from our balcony
