Amazing views and service, with beach access and parking

View from the room is amazing. Beds are very comfortable. Everything is very clean. Rolling shutters allow full dark at night. There is a closet, a fridge, a table and chair, all well thought. Balcony is wonderful. Breakfast delicious with fresh cold cuts, bread and croissants. Delicious eggs to order. Andrea and the lady at the reception are really friendly, attentive and doing a great job. Parking just at the door of the hotel free of charge. Bar at the hotel has the same amazing views as the rooms but a drink there is worthy! There is a beautiful pebbles beach just crossing the road under the hotel. From the same beach there is a paved way to the city center which offers tons of restaurants, shops, and bar with a very nice atmosphere. Thanks Andrea for everything. Greetings to Mathia. There is noise from the cars on the road under. Its reduced from midnight to 5 am. However, the great value of the hotel and service compensates for the noise

Very conveniently located apartment and lovely spacious rooms

Brilliant view of the Clerigos Tower from my suite, which was veery spacious. The check in process was very 'easy peasy ' as met outside the main door by Andrea who showed me around. Code for front door and card for the apartment door. Very secure. Lift was very convenient too.

Still lots of construction work happening outside for the new Metro station, but people should factor this in when booking as it is out of the agents hands. The apartment is just a few minutes was from Sao Bento train station and Metro station in any case.

Incredible stay at a typical Italian family run hotel

All rooms have a fantastic view. The car park is small but if you book in advance they will grant you a parking spot. The owner was extremely kind and helpful: they really go above and beyond to make their guests feel comfortable in Malcesine.

Super serene place to stay near lake garda that’s not overpopulated with tourists !

Has a great view of lake garda from our room !!!! Hotel is also just a zebra crossing away from the beach and lake so it’s super convenient. Breakfast is sufficient. Staff were helpful and friendly especially when we had trouble with parking our car in the hotel lots. Toilet is spacious as well. Place is very serene !!

Parking a bigger car might be a bit tricky. Also no elevators in the hotel so take note of that if ure coming with bigger luggage, but only 2nd and 3rd floor have rooms so not an excessive amount of stairs to climb.

Gorgious lake riviera

The view from the balcony was beautiful. Every morning we watched the surfers on the lake and every evening the paragliders. One day we went by funicular to Monte Baldo, a trip for every recommendation. Another day we went to Riva del Garda and to Limone that has a lemon plantation. You simply have to try a lemon gellato there. The breakfast was tasteful and plentiful. The room was good size and everything was clean.

The mattress was very firm so I was sore in the morning. There is a main road that goes around the lake directly under the room so it's a little bit noisy if you sleep with the window open.

Beautiful room with an amazing view

We had a very modern, stylish room with a beautiful view to Lake Garda. The room was very clean, the wifi worked well and the breakfast was delicious. Everything was just perfect, we really enjoyed our stay here. :) Definitely will choose again. Thank you for the stay! :)

Great view from the balcony. Good breakfast for the price. The beach right near the hotel. Not so far from the city. We arrived very late and the employee met us anyway.

As the road is right below the balcony, it's noisy at night. No dedicated place to store the bike. We had to leave parking right at checkout time — fortunately, not so far is a large public parking place.

This hotel exceeded our expectations by far and made our stay in Malcesine perfect.

The hotel was very sweet and had the most fantastic view over the lake. An unexpected and very pleasant bonus was having your very own hotel turtle living in a small garden right by the hotel.

Reaching the parking space was a little difficult, due to a pretty steep driveway. I was very glad to have a small car.

Location of the hotel to beach was great. It’s literally across the road. It’s only a 12 min walk into town along the beach too. Great views of the lake and mountain. The breakfast was good and varied. The staff were also really nice, and even offered us a free beautiful 2021 calendar of Lake Garda. Unfortunately with our carry on luggage it would have been difficult to take home. Free parking was available too!

The hotel is right on the main road so while you do have a great view, there is a lot of traffic that passes belong and you probably couldn’t sleep with the window open.

Es waren sehr schöne Tage

Unserer Empfang war sehr schön, der Chef hat uns persönlich in den Stellplatz eingewiesen und uns in das Hotel gebracht. Es ergaben sich immer wieder schöne Gespräche. Das Personal war super freundlich und das Frühstück war sehr lecker und gut. Der kurze Weg zum Gardasee und in die Stadt.

Die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz war nicht leicht zu finden und die Straße vor dem Haus ist auch nicht so schön. Lässt sich aber nicht ändern und ist auch zu verkraften.
