The location and structure are excellent, but services didn't satify us.

VILLA CARMEN is located in an excellent position, facing the lake with a private beach easily reachable on foot.

Check-in and check-out times are very restrictive. We've found that if you arrive early or leave after check-out, you can't use the common areas like the pool or bar for the rest of the day. In my opinion, this is a limitation for guests and those who decide to spend a weekend there.Flo was willing to give us two hours of flexibility, but in my opinion it remains a limitation.

Basic hotel with private beach

Private beach and pool were the best things there. There is dock on the beach so it’s easy to go swimming. The breakfast was good. The receptionist woman was very friendly. Parking place for car was included.

The room seems bigger on the pictures. For air conditioning you have to pay extra. The breakfast staff were not friendly. The beach is near but you have to walk very steep route to get there.

The room was EXTREMELY hot and the hotel charged for aircon which we did not realise until later in the evening when we returned to the room. When we looked into the welcome brochure it then stated there would be a further charge for aircon and that a member of staff would have to come into the room to turn it on which was uncomfortable as it was late in the evening and we were ready for bed. Peak summer you’d expect the aircon to be included in the price. Myself and husband both had very little sleep due to it being so hot which ruined the overall experience

Superb

Great and quiet location, not in central Malcesine but only short walking distance away from restaurants, Mount Baldo and the 2 ports where from you can travel around the lake. Although, we found that it's much quicker to travel by bus (if you don't have a car). Breakfast was very good, with big choice of food and nice view of the lake from the terrace.

We did not realise that air conditioning was not included and had to pay 5eur extra per day. Not a double bed - two single beds pushed together with separate mattresses.

The property was very clean, good location, splendid view. Private beach. Very helpful and nice staff.

The price is quite high and the view can not explain it all. You had to add an extra 5€ per day to have air conditioning, which should be free of charge given the price of the room. Quite expensive for a 3 stars hotel.

The Hotel is on a very good location, 100 m from the beach, the room was clean and the view from the balcony was a delight.

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Unser Zimmer 1 war sehr geräumig mit einem großen Badezimmer und zwei Stufen ä, die in den Wohnbereich führen.

Hätten gerne nach einem langen Ausflugstag im Hotel zu Abend gegessen, allerdings war die Speisekarte dazu doch zu minimalistisch. Die Speisekarte war eher für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch.

Czuliśmy się jak u siebie - z pięknymi widokami!

Super personel, bardzo pomocni. Lokalizacja wygodna, z prywatną plażą, 15 minut pieszo wzdłuż jeziora od centrum Malcesine i głównych atrakcji. Bardzo czysto, czuliśmy się jak u siebie- zachwycający widok z pokoju z balkonem. Dodatkowo do dyspozycji zadaszone jaccuzzi i basen. Mimo deszczu mogliśmy skorzystać wieczorkiem. Śniadania bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone, z pyszną kawą. Restauracja z pięknym widokiem i zadaszonym, osłoniętym od wiatru tarasem do dyspozycji gości ze smacznym jedzeniem w przystępnych cenach.

Très chouette

Situation exceptionnelle avec superbe vue sur le lac pour prendre le petit-déjeuner ou boire un verre. Jeune couple de propriétaires très sympathique. Petit déjeuner varié. Piscine et jacuzzi propres. Une précision importante : l'hôtel se situe à 20 minutes à pied de Malcesine (chemin sécurisé le long du lac). Malcesine que nous avons adoré par rapport à Riva del Garda où nous avons aussi séjourné.

Le fait qu'il faille payer un supplément quotidien de 5 euros pour pouvoir faire fonctionner le climatiseur dans la chambre. Vu le prix déjà payé pour la chambre avec petit-déj (environ 145 €), cette démarche ne nous parait pas correcte!

Struttura pulita accogliente e non eccessivamente formale come il resto del territorio. Staff gentile e premuroso. Dotato di tutti i servizi e vincenti nel rapporto qualità prezzo. Personalmente ho apprezzato l’intimità e la pace della spiaggia privata fronte struttura.

Sublime vue sur le lac de Garde. Accès à la plage privée juste en face. Petit déjeuner varié, avec vue. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation.

Tutto magnifico

Hotel incantevole a pochi metri dal lago di Garda, è possibile raggiungere il centro di Malcesine comodamente a piedi tramite la pista ciclabile in neanche 20 minuti. Camere comode e piacevoli, delizioso l’ascensore panoramico e squisita la colazione sulla terrazza con vista lago. Ho anche apprezzato la spiaggia privata e la piscina sopra elevata, Davvero un sogno. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e cordiale. Sicuramente da tornarci

Wir sind mit Hund gereist und hatten einen einzigartigen Kurzurlaub. Das Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den See war unglaublich. Aber auch alle anderen Annehmlichkeiten, welche die Villa Carmen bietet, haben uns sehr beeindruckt. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag mit viel Liebe bereitet. Es war für jeden was dabei, von süß bis herzhaft. Abends konnte man noch bei kleinen Gerichten und guten Getränken auf der Terrasse den Sonnenuntergang über dem See bestaunen. Aber was für uns , als Hundebesitzer, den Urlaub so vollkommen machte, war das unsere CoCo überall dabei sein durfte. Herzlichen Dank nochmals an die lieben und so netten Gastgeber!
