Beautiful view, friendly staff, remote comfort with access to Malcesine and lake

The views are absolutely beautiful and if you’re happy to walk, Malcesine is just 30 minutes stroll along the lake (plenty of places to stop and rest including the paragliding bar where you can watch the paragliders land whilst enjoying a beverage at their bar). Another great nearby restaurant find was Speck Stube (through the gate - use your hotel key (the small one) and head right up the path) towards the best Bier Garten with an outdoor seating area, live music and a play area for the kids. The staff were so helpful and friendly, often giving us tips about the area and how to travel on the local bus. Our toddler loved the quaint, garden which had a bridge, stream and see saw, very beautiful. Our room had electric outdoor blackout shutters which made waking up very magical!

We booked the hotel with the intention of being in the outdoor pool daily with our toddler. Unfortunately the pool was ice cold (26th September-3rd October) which we were a little disappointed about.

Nice apartament in beautiful Garda scenery

The apartments are located in a beautiful scenery, sorrounded by the beautiful garden, with the outside pool and absolutely amazing Garda lake view. Our appartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we might need. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they gave us some useful tips upon the check-in and agreed for the later check-out.

It would be nice to have a soap and a shower gel in the bathroom, which were guaranteed in all the other places we stayed in.

Absolutely fantastic - would definitely stay here again when I come back to lake Garda over anywhere else.

The property’s location was absolute fantastic - only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Malcesine. The room that we had was nice and clean and the view of the lake from both the room and balcony was out of this world. The room also comes with your own parking space on the property grounds which was a really nice touch. The staff were very friendly and was very informative about the local area and couldn’t do enough to help us.

There was nothing I didn’t like about this property.

Made our stay extraordinary :)

- The view was stunning, both from the garden and from our balcony - we feared the sofa would not be comfy enough for sleeping but it was excellent - really friendly and helpful owner/staff (we needed some help and the response was always quick) - nice swimming pool are and nice garden

- early check out but that's minor inconvenience taking into account the rest

Good position, 2 min. from the lake, just 20 minutes nice walk to malcesine city center. The studio was spacious with cosy garden - terrace. Good swimming pool and panoramic view from the garden. good parking. everything was nice and clean.

there was no wardrobe for clothes or another storage space or closet.

The hotel has a very nice garden and a pool with the mountain view. The staff is very nice, they allowed us to leave backpacks till our train.

The bedding shits were with holes. No soap, no washing machine and iron.They charge 5 euros for one washing, which is ridiculous because the place is quite pricy. All the cheaper apartments had a washing machine, so we were disappointed considering that when doing sports at the lake washing machine in the apartment is a must.

The park is really nice and well maintained with great pool area The view of the room over the lake and mountains was splendid Close to the beachfront from where you can walk to town

The building is old and not very well sound insulation. If somebody talks outside even with the doors closed it feels like it's next to you Cleaning could be better, especially anything higher than the cleaning person is tall

Lage, Aussicht und Anlage sind sehr schön.

Unterkunft ist sehr simpel eingerichtet und etwas in der Lage gekommen. Wenn man eine simple Unterkunft sucht, ist hier nichts auszusetzen. Es gibt keine Heizung, da es Ende September nachts schon recht kalt wird, wäre diese hilfreich gewesen

Schönes Studio in toller Lage

Tolle Lage mit Blick auf den See und ruhig. Man kann gut zu Fuß nach Malcesine laufen. Das Studio ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Gute Betten. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden.

In der Küche hat uns ein Wasserkocher gefehlt.

Super accueil! Jeune fille hyper sympa avec de bons conseils (resto Alla Rosa top!) Literie très confortable, terrasse agréable.

Nous avons eu un temps mitigé et sommes rentrer tôt le soir.Malheureusement casi pas de wifi et des chaînes uniquement en allemand…seul bémol

Die tolle Anlage und der Blick über den Gardasee.

Entfernung mit Kleinkindern nach Malcesine ist zu weit aber da kann die Unterkunft nichts dafür. Rad oder Buggy einpacken dann ist es super.

Miejscówka bardzo dobra , na pobliskie wypady, rezydent bardzo pomocny, gorąco polecam

Miejsce bardzo urocze, widoki zapierają dech, miasteczko bardzo klimatyczne, aż chciało by się wrócić ponownie. Mimo awarii samochodu nastrój nie odszedł, rezydent bardzo pomógł. Bardzo polecam to miejsce.

Można by na początek wyposażyć w płyn do naczyń oraz tabletki do zmywarki, jedno małe mydełko . ;)
