Fantastic accommodation at Lake Garda

Walking distance from the lake, lots of public space to sit down and relax, swimming pool, availability of the bar, helpful personnel, parking garage, green garden, very zen.

Malcesine is a beautiful little town on Garda lake. The Appartment is close enough to the city center, by bike it is a comfortable ride to get into it. From the terrace the view is beautiful to the lake. The owners are very friendly and helpful family.

Beautiful garden for enjoying

Nice garden, very calm place and very clean. Nice terrace wit great view where excellent breakfast is served. Very polite hosts. We had appartment with a pool view. Furniture is a bit old fashioned, but this was fair reflected on photos.Good position, not on the main road but close to everything.

Superb

The location of the hotel is excellent, 10 minutes walk from the beach and far enough from Via Gardesana, in a quiet beautiful garden with swimming pool. The rooms are adequately equipped, with a little outdated furniture, but everything is functional. The terrace by the room and the view of the lake and the garden are perfect. The staff are very helpful and really serve a great breakfast. The children loved the Labrador Zelda. The parking in the garage below the hotel is also good.

Really lovely place to stay, staff were friendly and we liked Zelda the dog too 😀 Great breakfast, clean and well equipped apartment, lovely pool area and close to the beach and lake. We made use of the free bikes to get to the centre of Malcesine a bit quicker.

The breakfast was great. A great choice of food, breweries, nuts, homemade desserts (tiramisu, banana bred etc.). The swimming pool was great too. Terrace with view on the lake. Clean and calm beaches in walking distance.

The parking was too small. For long car, very difficult to park. When it comes to bed, the mattela was too soft.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in der Residence Alesi.

Frühstück war fantastisch, alles da und genügend. Die Residence ist sehr hübsch und hat alles was man benötigt. Es sind genügend Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage vorhanden und es hat dort unten auch Platz für Fahrräder und Veloträger.

Die Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage ist mit einem grösseren Auto sehr eng. Leider durfte unser Hund in den Frühstücksraum nicht mitkommen.

Perfekter Urlaub mit Hund

Die Lage ist perfekt,in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße.Die Residence ist sehr schön mit großem Garten und Pool,alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Unser Apartment hatte einen großen Balkon mit Blick in den Garten und auf den See, konnten bis auf die andere Seite des Sees und nach Limone schauen.Es war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet,hat an nichts gefehlt.Das Frühstück war fabelhaft alles frisch und lecker!! Unsere 2 Hunde waren auch willkommen extra Näpfe und eine Kuscheldecke plus Leckerli das hat uns allen sehr gefallen.Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und alle Fragen oder Bitten wurden sofort erledigt.Kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Nichts zu beanstanden! Außer die Garage ist etwas eng,aber mit etwas Geschick klappt das aus-und einparken.

Moderne Ausstattung, sehr saubere Ferienwohnung und sehr gepflegte Anlage. Super freundliches Personal. Eigentümer wohnen selbst in der Anlage und kümmern sich rührend um die Gäste. Sehr abwechslungsreiches Frühstück.

Spitzen-Unterkunft am Gardasee

Spitzen-Unterkunft! Angefangen vom Personal, das total freundlich und hilfsbereit ist, über die Lage (Ausblick) und die Ausstattung generell (Pool,...). Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet und inkludiert alles was das Herz begehrt. Falls wir irgendwann nochmals an den Gardasee fahren, werden wir wieder hier landen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Soggiorno di relax e divertimento

Gli appartamenti sono puliti, funzionali, con tutti i comfort e carini. Il giardino è molto bello, vario, con piscina e sdraio per tutti. All' interno della struttura c'è anche un bar aperto tutto il giorno con un bel terrazzo ed è anche possibile usufruire della colazione. Noleggiano bici e sup. A pochi metri dalla spiaggia. Non c'è un paesino di riferimento ma ci sono un market e vari ristorantini. E ad ogni modo Malcesine è a 5 minuti di auto.

Direi nulla! E mi capita raramente!
