Absolutely wonderful! I’d love to return someday.

Beautiful room, really well-designed! You have everything you need — perfect for one person, with a nice terrace and a great view. Delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. What’s more, you can borrow a bike — the cycling paths are fantastic, and you can ride all the way to Tori! I didn’t get the chance to swim in the pool, but it looked nice and the chill-out area was great too. I totally recommend this place!

Nice stay

Liked the breakfast, location was closed enough to the main village so you could walk there and they have a helpful guide of location restaurants to try. The beds were cozy and the facilities were clean.

Although it says parking on site be aware that you may struggle to be parked depending on what time of day you arrive.

On the whole an enjoyable stay but needing a few tweaks and changes

The room and hotel generally was better than expected. Everywhere was clean and tidy and up-to-date decor. The hotel kindly agreed to give a later check-out although it wasn’t required

- No staff there when arrived. It was appreciated that a call was made and a note left, however it would have been nice to arrive to an actual person. - The bed and pillows were very firm - There was no bedding other than a sheet and it was a little cold at night - The bathroom fan was very noisy and no option to turn it off - The window was left open with light on which attracted a fly and some bugs into the room - It would have been appreciated to arrive to a bottle of cold water, particularly given that reception was closed and there was no option to buy water - The breakfast was adequate but very limited - The outside seating at the front had cigarette burns - There was no soap in the communal downstairs toilet and lack of loo roll

Lovely hotel by Lake Garda

Location, facilities, breakfast and stuff were all very good, so we had a very relaxing stay.

Although, we liked it and we were very comfortable, it was quite expensive for the services and facilities

Decent stop over, close to town.

Stayed before. Much busier than last time. The pool has been refurbished. Clean modern rooms & bathrooms. Perfect for a couple of nights.

The hotel is newly renovated and feels really modern. The aircondition was great. Nice with a swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. Would definitely stay there again! Easy to park in front of the hotel and gates close at night which makes it really safe.

You need to walk around 200 m on the highway before you can go down to the the lake. Was tricky to find where to turn the first time we walked (cause you are not allowed to walk through the nearest hotels to reach the lake).

Good value modern small casa / BnB. Parking, pool & A/c.

Modern recently refurbished BnB with A/c & pool. While it is on the main road and there is some road noise. It’s really not an issue. Triple room was small but clean and bright. Little balcony had a great view over the lake. Plenty of parking on site. 10/15 walk into the centre of Malcesine. There is no concierge over night between 10pm & 8am but there’s door & gate entry codes, it felt secure and there was a safe in the room.

Short 400m walk along the main road to a steep alleyway down to the lakeside promenade. Not ideal with smaller children.

Wonderful stay

I thought the hotel looked better in the flesh! Can't fault anything. The breakfast was really well presented. Parking so handy. It was a short walk into town, and we strolled hand in hand along the shoreline path. Memorable evening.

Brand new updated - was a little worried from past reviews, but this is a modern, comfortable clean hotel. Family room was huge and perfect for the four of us. Nice pool area, good walk to town along water (10 min).

Just okay

The facilities were modern and comfortable

The rooms have quite thin walls and we could hear our neighbours talking in their rooms, unfortunately our neighbours were early risers so it was hard to sleep past 6am or so. Parts of our room was dusty (the floor behind the doors, towel rails, lamps, headboard etc) the hotel is located on the main road which is busy and narrow without a formal sidewalk. The way on foot to Malcesine main center involves walking along this for 5 minutes or so before there are stairs down to the waterfront.

The property was bright and beautiful. The front desk people were very nice and accommodating. If I’m ever back that way I’ll definitely stay again.

I wasn’t able to take a dip in their pool but that was no fault of theres. We arrived late and left just after checkout.

Good value for money, great location, nice hotel

Good location, short walk to the town, downhill, so some stairs to climb on the way back. The hotel has clearly been refurbed recently- our bathroom looked brand new and the room was very clean, with aircon, although a little on the small side, but it wasn't an issue. The staff were friendly & the breakfast was substantial, although we were surprised to have a buffet, as at our hotel in Verona we were told that buffets were no longer allowed due to Covid.

We struggled a little to get the aircon going, but that was probably down to us. In our area of the hotel the cleaner left all his/her supplies in the corridor during the day which felt a bit messy. The hotel is on a pretty busy road but we only really noticed that when we spent time by the pool. It certainly didn't keep us awake at night.

Dueños muy desagradables e inhumanos

Nada! Tuvimos un accidente y al informarle de que no íbamos a poder ir, nos dijo que lo sentía mucho, pero que ellos no iban a perder dinero por que yo hubiera tenido un accidente y estuviera en el hospital. Me da mucha pena y a la vez asco, al ver el mundo tan egoísta que tenemos, el dinero todo lo puede. En cuanto me recupere volveré a Italia, pero por seguro que no me alojare en este hotel.
