Absolutely marvellous and friendly staff, the single room was comfortable, clean and quiet, If starting to look a little dated. shower always had hot water and great pressure. The terrace was nice to sit and relax with a view of the garden through mine was shared with other guests. Easy beautiful 10 minutes walk along the lake into the village. Breakfast was perfect for me though others may like a few more options. Good value for what I paid. Would happily stay again.

Overall the hotel was very nice. Beautiful views of the lake. Disappointed with the housekeeping. No milk, no water and no coffee in the room. All that was done on a daily basis was the cover tidied. Nothing replaced. However breakfast was ok and bar service very good. Pool loveky

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were lovely and friendly. The location to the beach was perfect. The outside pool area was clean and comfortable. The hotel was a 10-15 minute walk to the main area of Malcesine along the beach path.

A nice and cool hotel with an own swimming pool, bar, Internet, TV and conditioning. Nice place to stay! The rooms are very comfortable and the beach with bars is only in 5 minutes to go!

I did not like that reception did not speak English and we were not made aware in advance - had I not had a friend who spoke German we would have had no way to ask for taxi

The listing said we had a “balcony room” but we got a “terrace” instead (equivalent rooms, according to reception) which really meant a patio looking at mud and parked cars. No view. The room smelled slightly of urine, which could come from aging pipes as well as the fact that the hotel closes down half the year and is slow to air out.
